From our strategic hub in Washington, D.C., we raise the industry’s political visibility and profile as a driving force in the American economy through grassroots advocacy, member fly-ins, research, and public affairs campaigns.

Artificial Intelligence Logo AI: Enable advertisers to create more personalized experiences that are targeted to the right audience. Cross Border Data Flows: Clarifying rules that promote the efficient and secure exchange of information.
Competition: Fostering policies and standards designed to further competition in the industry. Privacy: Responsible data collection and use online provides tremendous benefits to consumers, the economy, and society, ensuring our nation’s competitive position globally.
Consumer Protection: Providing transparency around products and services offered, so consumers are better protected from illegal or harmful activity online as they are in real life. Taxes: Imposing taxes on digital advertising significantly raises advertising costs for businesses with limited budgets, which would be detrimental to small business growth.
Content Moderation: Detailing moderation policies which provide optimal user experience and maximize advertiser participation. Trade: Supporting policies that foster trust, commerce, privacy, and the ability to continue to provide services to consumers internationally.
