IAB Digital Leadership Program Advisory Board Member

Nicole Aste oversees Digital Sales Planning, Campaign Management, Revenue Management and Ad Operations for the Condé Nast Media Group. Nicole joined Condé Nast in 2011 as Senior Director, Business Intelligence for the Media Group. Prior to Condé Nast she held business, finance and sales operations roles at Tremor Video and YAHOO!, where she was responsible for revenue forecasting for the U.S. Display Advertising Sales division. Nicole spent seven years at DoubleClick, Inc., holding Business and Sales Operations positions in the Corporate, Tech Solutions and Media divisions. Nicole is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.

Alysia Borsa is the Senior Vice President/Chief Data Officer, Mobile Strategy at Meredith Digital, where she has led Meredith’s data and mobile strategy in addition to overseeing business intelligence, analytics, and data operations. Prior to joining Meredith, she held leadership roles with a range of technology and media companies including Nokia and Comcast, and as a consultant providing strategic planning, partner development, analytics and product management for mobile and digital products.

Simon Bradley is a travel marketer with over 15 years of experience in international marketing for a range of organizations across the globe. At Virgin Atlantic, one of the most iconic airline brands in the world, his responsibilities include brand development, brand communications, partnerships, online and CRM. Prior to Virgin Atlantic, Simon held a number of senior positions for VisitBritain. During his career he has worked in both Europe and the Americas including the Nordic region, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the U.K. Born and educated in the U.K, Simon graduated with a degree in History from Bristol University and followed this with Tourism Management and Chartered Institute of Marketing postgraduate diplomas.

Elise James Decruise joined MediaMath in January of 2012. She oversees internal and external training initiatives and program development at MediaMath through the New Marketing Institute. Elise brings with her 10 years of experience managing, launching and facilitating employee and client training and certification programs in the areas of networks and exchanges, display advertising, e-commerce platforms, interactive marketing and professional/leadership development.

Matthew Goldstein is one of the leading consultants in the digital media space. He helps companies develop and execute their digital strategies with a heavy focus on analytics and KPIs to measure success. Prior to starting MSG, Inc., Matthew helped build several digital measurement startups, which were subsequently purchased. Matthew served as the EVP, Operations and Founder of Korrelate, a Measurement & Analytics company that was purchased by J.D. Power in 2014. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Peer39, which was acquired by Sizmek in 2009. He served as SVP of Revenue Operations for Tacoda, which was acquired by AOL in 2008. Prior to these roles, Matthew also served as VP of Digital Ad Operations for MTV and VP, Nickelodeon Online.

Head of Digital Leadership Programs – IAB & President of EG Consultants, LLC
IAB Digital Leadership Program Advisory Board Member 

Eric Greenberg is the creator and head of the Digital Leadership Programs for IAB. He is also President of EG Consultants, LLC, an educational and marketing consulting firm focused on providing brand management and customer-centric strategies to Fortune 100 clients. Prior to IAB, Eric served as the Managing Director of Executive Education for Rutgers University, in which he created, managed and taught executive education programs to Fortune 100 executives in four continents. In this role, he created several new, innovative programs at Rutgers, including the Mini-MBA: Digital Marketing, Mini-MBA: Social Media Marketing, Mini-MBA: Healthcare Excellence programs. Eric is a frequent industry speaker and is the co-author of Strategic Digital Marketing (McGraw Hill 2014). Eric is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and New York University Law School.

Publisher – Bloomberg Digital

Keith A. Grossman is Publisher for Bloomberg Digital of Bloomberg Media Group, Bloomberg L.P.’s global multi-platform media organization that comprises web, mobile, television, digital video, radio, print magazines and live events platforms. Prior to Bloomberg, Keith was Associate Publisher of WIRED and Ars Technica. In his decade spent at Condé Nast, Keith became the youngest employee in the company’s history to be named Sales Person of the Year and later became one of the youngest Associate Publishers. He has been included in MIN magazine’s Upshot list (2008), MIN’s 15 to Watch Under 30 (2010) and The AdWeek 50 List (2014). Keith is an adjunct professor for NYU, teaching in the Master of Science in Publishing program. He is a graduate of Cornell University and lives in NYC.

Rebecca Kaykas-Wolff is a marketing executive with over 20 years experience leading marketing teams and driving business strategy for businesses invested in digital success. Rebecca brings her knowledge of 360 customer marketing, social marketing, programmatic advertising and media solutions to her role, as well as consultative selling to Oracle where she focuses on paid advertising product marketing solutions across the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Rebecca is responsible for the strategy and enablement associated with the Oracle Data Management Platform (Bluekai) and associated go-to-market initiatives focused on advertisers, marketers and publishers.

Prior to Oracle, Rebecca led corporate marketing and product marketing businesses for Adobe, R/GA, Microsoft, Liberty Mutual and T-Mobile. Rebecca has ample experience in driving digital and traditional marketing success for both b to b and b to c enterprises.

Karen List is a cross-platform media executive working with the industry’s leading agency and client partners as well as leagues and sports teams, developing partnerships leveraging The New York Times’ content, data and technology. Karen champions industry partnerships for the brand with Advertising Week NY/DC, Chicago, Internet Week, Social Media Week, The Advertising Club of NY, CES, Cannes, NewFronts, AWNY, 212, IAB, OMMA, ANA and Women in Wireless, resulting in cutting edge partnerships for The New York Times. Karen is active in the media industry serving on the board of AWNY, the Foundation Board and is immediate past president of Advertising Women of NY. She is cofounder of The Big Ad Gig, an annual competition to help young aspiring, diverse creative talent earn positions at top agencies in NY and nationally.

Katie Manderfield is working to help brands tell and deliver the most impactful stories in resonant ways. Katie has worked on many aspects of brand storytelling, from pre-sale and strategy to editorial execution as a video producer and a senior editor. She is passionate about the intersections of storytelling, culture and technology. Katie has worked with brands including TED Conferences, Levi Strauss & Co. and Dell.

Andrew Markowitz’s group leads a global digital strategy group across GE with a focus on driving stakeholder connection and conversion. This includes instituting first-class digital capabilities in areas including search, content social media and customer engagement, as well as training and development to help businesses gain marketplace understanding. Prior to GE, Andrew worked at Kraft Foods, Inc., Send.com, Dentsu Corp., Ammirati & Puris and Lintas. He is a frequent industry speaker and was recently named as one of the iMedia 25: Internet Marketing Leaders and Innovators. Andy graduated from Indiana University.

Mike Moran led many initiatives on IBM’s website for eight years, including IBM’s original search marketing strategy. Mike also serves as a senior strategist for Converseon, a leading social media consultancy based in New York City. Prior to joining Converseon, Mike worked for IBM for 30 years, rising to the level of Distinguished Engineer. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in search technology, led the IBM product team that developed the first commercial linguistic search engine in 1989 and has been granted 11 patents in search and retrieval technology. Mike holds an Advanced Certificate in Market Management Practice from the Royal UK Charter Institute of Marketing and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Dan Realson currently oversees digital sales and strategy for the Time Inc. corporate team, focusing on digital, integrated and portfolio opportunities for Time Inc.’s top 250 advertisers. He is also heavily involved in Time Inc.’s video initiatives as well as leading the charge internally for Viewability. Prior to Time Inc., Dan spent 7 years at NBC initially overseeing sales for the launch of CNBC.com and eventually leading digital sales for Bravo, Oxygen and Syfy. He started his media career at Bloomberg, where he ran digital sales and was instrumental in the go-to-market strategy and redesign of Bloomberg.com in 2006.

Fred Schonenberg has over 15 years of high growth media sales experience, introducing new media formats and first-to-market products to the ad marketplace.
Known for his award winning creative solutions and ability to forge strategic partnerships to drive revenue, Fred has deep relationships throughout the advertising industry, from top CMOs & brand managers, to agency presidents, planners and buyers across mobile, online, print, TV, experiential and out-of-home.

Most recently, Fred was the EVP of National Sales for Zoom Media & Marketing where he guided the video-centric selling strategies that built Zoom into the largest fitness digital media company in the world as well as the most successful nightlife network. His sales team was rated #1 in the industry by digital agencies and strategic planners in the 2013 DPAA Strategic Planner Survey.

VP, Digital Sales – Time Inc.
IAB Digital Leadership Program Advisory Board Member 

Nick Van Sicklen oversees the digital sales and strategy for a collection of brands at Time Inc. including Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, InStyle, Real Simple, Sunset, Coastal Living and DEPARTURES. He also helped lead the creation of two new digital brands, MIMI Chatter (a beauty focused site) and FWx (a millennial food/culture brand). He also served as the Head of Digital Sales at American Express Publishing, Halogen and the wine/food start-up Snooth. Nick has been featured in Min Online (Most Intriguing People in Media), AdWeek (Young Innovators in Media) and Folio (15 under 30).


 

Barry Silverman Barry Sliverman
Director of Strategy – Interbrand Health

Barry is a seasoned brand professional with a wealth of experience both on the agency side and corporate branding side. At Interbrand Health he is responsible for the strategy work on some of the group’s most prestigious accounts, including Medtronic and Johnson and Johnson. Barry’s brand and marketing strategy experience includes work for Time Warner Cable, Aflac, Rubbermaid, Chase Bank, Bloomberg, Broadridge Financial Solution, and most recently, he led the strategy work to reposition The Subway Sandwich Shop. Barry has been teaching marketing for the last seventeen years at New York University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and The University of San Francisco. Currently, Barry is teaching a course in Relationship Building at the City College of New York to graduate students.

Lauren Talamini leads the production team at T Brand Studio and helps boost client services. In her career, Lauren has worked with brands including Airbnb, Home Depot, Marriott, the MPAA and Fannie Mae to help clients develop editorial and social strategies.

Senior Vice President, Advertising and Innovation, The New York Times
IAB Digital Leadership Program Advisory Board Member & Faculty

Tomich leads The Times’ branded content business and studio and steers the company’s advertising innovation efforts. He also oversees the national integrated sales teams in the entertainment, corporate, healthcare and advocacy categories, along with the D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas sales offices.

Tomich was previously Vice President of Advertising where he led the launch and rapid expansion of T Brand Studio, The Times’s commercial content studio. He also managed sales teams across multiple categories. In 2014 he was named to Advertising Age’s “Creative 50” list.

Tatyana Zlotsky is a strategic marketing leader with experience in Fortune 100 and start up companies. In her current role of Vice President at American Express OPEN, she is leading several teams with a focus on digital innovation including user experience and design, mobile strategy, and customer relationship marketing. Prior to joining American Express, Tatyana was the Head of Marketing for Visible World, the leading targeted TV advertising platform for media buyers, advertising professionals and marketers. Tatyana was recently honored by American Express for her outstanding contributions with the Chairman’s Award and the Women’s Makers Award.
