Privacy and artificial intelligence laws are advancing quickly at the state level, and the digital advertising ecosystem is feeling the impact. New requirements on AI-generated content, AI agents and chatbots, and advertising to children and teens are reshaping how companies advertise, handle data, run compliance programs, and protect consumers.
This half-day workshop will bring together experts to discuss the evolving state legislative and compliance landscapes. You will have the opportunity to work through what these policies mean in practice and will leave with practical compliance considerations and a clearer view of where further legislative and regulatory guidance is needed.
