IAB Elects New Board of Directors and Executive Committee

Forbes.com, President & CEO, Jim Spanfeller Named as IAB Chairman

New York, NY (January 10, 2006) The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) announced today that it has elected new members to its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. Board members serve a three-year term and Executive Committee members serve a one-year term. Jim Spanfeller, President and CEO, Forbes.com, has been elected Chairman of the IAB for 2006.

While interactive advertising has rightly exploded over the past few years, its imperative that we continue to work harder and smarter in an effort to accelerate further growth and accommodate the demands of marketers and consumers, said Jim Spanfeller, President and CEO, Forbes.com. The IAB and outgoing Chairman, Steve Wadsworth have done a tremendous job and I look forward to working with the IAB Board in driving the industry to fulfill and exceed on its promise and expectations.

The IAB, its members, and I are extremely grateful to Steve Wadsworth, for his unwavering commitment and leadership during his tenure. We are fortunate to have another great leader as Jim Spanfeller takes over as chair of the IAB for 2006, said Greg Stuart, President and CEO of the IAB.

The Nominations Committee nominates the board members who are then voted on by the IAB General Members. The IAB Board has also selected Bruce Gordon, CFO, Walt Disney Internet Group to serve as Treasurer.
