IAB B2B Committee Names New Co-chairs; Focuses on B2B Programmatic and Account Based Marketing in 2018

IAB is pleased to announce the appointment of three new co-chairs of the IAB B2B Committee. The IAB B2B Committee, with over 150 members, is dedicated to helping SMB, mid-tier and enterprise businesses navigate the rapidly evolving B2B digital space.  These three new co-chairs, representing different aspects of the B2B ecosystem, will help guide this group toward meaningful discussion and impactful deliverables.

The committee, led by IAB’s Eva Wu, Director of Mobile Center of Excellence,  has identified B2B Programmatic and Account Based Marketing (ABM) as the two top priorities for 2018.  While neither of these topics are new, B2B adoption, particularly on mobile is accelerating and the group will explore these topics with a digital lens to provide best practice guidance to the industry.  Some members shared their perspective on these topics in a recent IAB B2B Insights blog post.

Tusar Barik, Marketing Lead, Agency and Channel Partnership, LinkedIn, IAB B2B Committee Co-Chair
Tusar Barik runs Marketing for the Agency and Channel Partner team at LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions division. With over a decade of experience in B2B marketing, he has worked on the agency, ad tech, and publisher side, committed to growing the importance of B2B marketing in the advertising ecosystem. At LinkedIn, he works on the Marketing team working closely with Agency and Partner leads to help B2B marketers find ways to grow their businesses while increasing their thought leadership efforts and realize the full potential of LinkedIn.

Born, raised, and still living in New Jersey, Tusar is a new father working to make his newborn son as big of a Pittsburgh Steelers fan as he is.

Jim Riesenbach, Executive VP & GM, Ziff Davis B2B, IAB B2B Committee Co-Chair
Jim Riesenbach brings a deep track-record as a business leader, senior operating executive, and board member, with an extensive background in Digital Media and Lead Gen, Business Development, and Technology.  Since late 2015 he has served as Executive VP/GM with Ziff Davis LLC, leading the company’s Global B2B Division, which creates, builds and sells innovative marketing and advertising services, tools, data services, and lead generation for top technology companies worldwide.

Jim served from 2006-2010 as CEO of Autobytel (NASDAQ: ABTL). During his tenure, he refocused the company’s market strategy, creating a series of innovative products and services for Automotive consumers, dealers and manufacturers.  Before Autobytel, Riesenbach spent a decade in senior leadership roles with AOL Inc. including heading the company’s Search & Directory, and Local Divisions.  Prior to joining AOL in 1996, Jim spent six years with Comcast Corporation leading sales and marketing for Comcast’s Eastern Division, their largest region.

Before joining Ziff Davis, he founded consulting group Riesenbach Strategic Advisors, providing strategic direction and insights to numerous clients, such as Vistage International, iInside, One Technologies, LotLinx, Atlantic Group, Ziff Davis and more.  He continues to sit on the Boards of three companies.

Jim holds a B.S. in Management from Rutgers University, where he recently delivered the commencement address at the School of Business. He has also completed advanced Marketing programs at Wharton School’s Aresty Institute. Riesenbach resides in Berkeley, CA, and is an avid marathon runner, world traveler, and musician.

Anudit Vikram, SVP, Audience Solutions, Dun & Bradstreet, IAB B2B Committee Co-Chair & IAB Data Center of Excellence

Anudit Vikram is Senior Vice President of Audience Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet. In his role, Anudit is responsible for bringing to market solutions applying Dun & Bradstreet’s vast commercial and contact data assets to solve for Sales and Marketing use cases both in the physical and the digital world. He is an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in advertising and digital media. Anudit has been involved with leading digital technologies, from the inception of advertising exchanges and programmatic buying with Right Media/Yahoo! to the latest in big data and data management. He is an active member of IAB and also sits on the Ad Technology and Data Councils.
