Jake Abraham serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Audigent, where he has played a pivotal role for the past seven years. His expertise lies in building publisher monetization products and steering Audigent’s identity and ecosystem strategy. Renowned for his insightful perspective on the industry’s most pressing challenges, Abraham currently holds a position on Prebid’s executive board, representing the ad tech membership.

Prior to joining Audigent, he spent five years at the Hearst Corporation, where he crafted content strategy for their ad agency, iCrossing. His journey in the industry began as an award-winning film and television producer, which provided him with a unique blend of creative and strategic insights that he brings to his current role at Audigent.

As the head of global media revenue and growth at Roku, Jay leads the advertising business for Roku Media, helping the ad ecosystem succeed in TV streaming. 

Prior to joining Roku, Jay was Chief Growth Officer of Publicis Groupe and U.S. CEO of the company’s media investment arm, Publicis Media Exchange (PMX). Askinasi also held executive leadership roles at Xandr and programmatic platform RUN.  

Born and raised in New York, Askinasi received his Bachelor’s from University of Maryland, College Park. 

Sara Badler is chief advertising officer, North America, the Guardian US.

Badler is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team including marketing, programmatic, and ad operations.

She was previously at Morning Brew, where she served as chief commercial officer, and prior to that, as chief revenue officer of enterprise advertising and partnerships at Dotdash Meredith. Her career also includes serving as head of programmatic revenue and strategy at The New York Times, as well as similar roles at Hearst magazines and Forbes.

Badler is the recipient of industry awards from Women In Media, 2024; Adexchanger Aware, 2024; Media All Stars 2023; Top Media In Women, 2021; and the Cynopsis Award 2019

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.

Molly Battin is The Home Depot’s SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she is responsible for The Home Depot’s branding, marketing strategy, personalization efforts and the company’s retail media network, Retail Media+.

Molly joined The Home Depot in 2022 and prior to joining the company has held executive leadership roles across prolific brands like, Coca-Cola, Warner Media and Delta Airlines. During her time at Delta, she led global corporate brand strategy and brand management across the company. Her oversight included the global company’s cross-functional marketing strategy and channels.

Molly is a Fellow of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and was named the 2018 WICT Southeast Woman of the Year. She’s currently on the advisory board for Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta, a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2018, and a member of the Agape advisory board. Outside of work, Molly is a proud wife and mother of three children, an avid runner and a triathlete. Molly earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Rob Beeler brings 20+ years of digital media and ad tech experience to his current role as Founder and CEO of Beeler.Tech, the meeting place for all things publisher revenue operations.  He began his career at Advance Local where he became head of ad operations and worked for 10 years. Rob is a trusted resource in the community through training, consulting, events and research. Rob also served as Chairman and Editor in Chief of AdMonsters for over 14 years.

Jimmy was most recently the Global Head of Brand Engagement at Wendy’s, where he drove disruptive messaging strategies that strengthened the brand’s identity and delivered profitable growth for the best burger in the business. With oversight of media, creative, social, partnerships, and owned digital channels, Jimmy helped amplify Wendy’s distinct Brand Voice, ensuring resonance across all consumer touchpoints. Before his time at Wendy’s, Jimmy was at Coca-Cola, leading Entertainment Partnerships and the Sprite Brand, and Integrated Marketing at Adult Swim. His career began on the agency side at Optimedia and Mediacom. Jimmy holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern.

Rick has significant experience across all parts of the marketing ecosystem including brand management, agency, media, digital, ad tech, data, analytics, and attribution. He started his career working on blue chip brands for several major NY ad agencies and then transitioned to the brand side at L’Oreal. After a successful stint launching and managing haircare brands, Rick took on a role running sales for Next Generation Radio, an industry association. After leaving NGR, Rick ran the NY Sales office for Alloy, helping to launch the largest teen ad network. Rick has also run sales teams at Music Mogul (a music start-up), Interactive One (a multi-cultural publisher), Specific Media/Viant, and Conversant, the identity platform and digital arm of Epsilon. Rick joined the IAB in October 2019 as SVP Member Engagement & Development.

As the Group Vice President, Advertising & Data Sales, Adam is responsible for the go-to-market strategy of VIZIO Ads, a platform with one of the largest connected TV footprints in the U.S. His role includes building brand and agency partnership strategy, as well as informing product and marketing decisions.

Having spent close to a decade in and around the OTT space specifically, Adam helped launch Yume’s connected television suite, driving advertisers to consider the relationship between OTT and traditional TV investments. From there, Adam led partnerships and strategy at The Daily Beast, a leader in thoughtful, provocative journalism. That path led him back into the data, measurement, and OTT community, taking on a leadership post at Samba TV.

With experience ranging from ad-tech, publishing, measurement, and start-up mentorship, Adam’s focus remains on brand-led solutions, connecting consumers with content they desire, and driving business outcomes.

Hannah Berner was born in Brooklyn, New York and emerged on the comedy scene by writing, directing, editing, and acting in videos on social media and writing viral tweets. She has two podcasts, Berner Phone and Giggly Squad with over 50 million combined downloads. She was a cohost on Bravo’s Chat Room, as well as a member of Bravo’s Summer House for three seasons, and has over 4 million followers across her social media platforms. Through her viral digital series, Han on the Street, which has garnered hundreds of millions of views, she has interviewed stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Hailey Bieber, Priyanka Chopra, Kesha, and Julia Fox. She currently is on a theater tour across America for her stand up comedy. In 2022, she was named one of Just For Laughs “New Faces Of Comedy” in Montreal. She was recently named one of Variety’s “Top Ten Comics to Watch in 2023”.

Maureen has worked in the Media business for 25+ years as a leader in Strategic Investment guiding both clients and agency teams to driving maximum value in the marketplace. She has also focused on building relationships with the media partners to better facilitate the negotiations and client’s executions in market.

Maureen began her career as an Assistant Media Buyer in National Broadcast at the inception of IPG’s General Motors MediaWorks buying unit and was quickly promoted to a Buyer overseeing GM’s $300MM+ Sports investments. Maureen then went to work on the sales side at Discovery Communications as a Sales Planner. Maureen crafted sales plans and marketing ideas for such clients as Procter & Gamble, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Exxon Mobil and M&M Mars.

After Discovery, Maureen went to back to the agency side working at Universal McCann for four years on the Coca-Cola account. While working on Coca-Cola Maureen ran their high-profile Olympics sponsorship which was more than $100MM in addition to managing their juices and water brands. Maureen joined Optimedia, NY in April 2004 as a VP, Associate Director in charge of buying for T-Mobile, BMW, ServiceMaster among other brands. In March of 2010 Maureen was promoted to EVP of the National Video department overseeing the strategic investments across all clients including Pizza Hut, Bridgestone Tires and Liberty Mutual representing billings more than $400MM.

Maureen joined Initiative in February of 2016 as the Chief Partnerships Officer overseeing all investments across the portfolio of clients including Amazon/Amazon Prime Video, T-Mobile, Liberty Mutual, Merck, Gilead, and Lego to name a few. Maureen currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at IPG Mediabrands working closely with the agency teams to develop strategic partnerships in the marketplace that yield both efficiencies and impact for clients.

Maureen graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Communications. As an active member of the media industry Maureen is on the 4 As National Broadcast Committee, IAB Video Board, VOX Media Council and the Sandy Hook Promise Media Advisory Board. In 2010, Maureen was named as one of Broadcasting and Cable’s Next Wave of Leaders. Maureen was also named one of the 2013 Working Mothers of the Year as selected by She Runs It and in 2013 AdWeek highlighted Maureen as a Media All Star. Maureen was recently honored by She Runs It for the Changing the Game awards which highlighted her advancements when it comes to more inclusive buying practices.

Nada Bradbury is the Chief Executive Officer at AD-ID, the industry’s pre-eminent advertising
registry. AD-ID provides standardized identity management for ad creatives. Since joining in
January 2023, she has been the chief architect of the company’s transformation to ensure
advertising transparency and accountability in an increasingly digital ecosystem.

She has spent over two decades of her career in senior operating roles including strategy,
product development, marketing and commercial operations in the advertising, measurement
and media industries. Nada has a proven track record of implementing growth strategies,
overseeing complex strategic partnerships and creating value for employees and stakeholders
alike. She has a deep and holistic understanding of media and advertisers and how best to
serve them.

Nada previously served as Global Head of Partnerships at Nielsen where she led Nielsen’s data
initiatives and transformation to a big data first strategy. With deep expertise across identity,
viewing metrics, analytics and data science to support new and existing products and currencies
for customers across a large number of verticals, globally. Prior to that, she led strategy and
measurement products at NielsenIQ (previously known as ACNielsen).

Currently, Nada serves on the Advisory Board for the IAB Tech Lab Advanced TV Initiative.

Nada received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in
marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

With more than 25 years of experience in media & entertainment and advertising technology leadership, Paul Brenner served in several c-suite roles including division President with Emmis Operating Company [NASDAQ:EMMS]. As President of NextRadio/TagStation his work focused on global innovation through FM Chip activations in all smartphones for audience measurement, improved in-car user experiences, and data attribution platforms for all broadcast radio. In 2019, Paul joined Vibenomics as Chief Strategy Officer to help develop the go-to-market strategy for the company’s first-to-market Audio In-Store advertising solution. Following a successful launch, Brenner was promoted to President of Audio OOH to oversee all efforts surrounding revenue-generating activity and related partnerships. After the company’s integration with Mood Media, Paul was promoted to SVP of Retail Media and Partnerships. Now, he works to evangelize and innovate the In-Store segment of Retail Media in his role at In-Store Marketplace (ISM).

Scott Brown is Group President of Financial and Marketing Services at Experian. He is responsible for credit and marketing services powering Fortune 500 companies – inclusive of data, software, and platforms. In this role, Brown is focused on driving innovation through high-quality data sets, modern technology solutions, and value-added services to help customers make the best decisions to target and acquire consumers, manage risk, reduce operating costs, and drive financial inclusion while growing their businesses. Additionally, Scott oversees Experian’s use of consumer-permissioned data and the strategy for leveraging it across the B2B and B2C spaces. Since joining Experian in 2021, Scott has driven double-digit growth and significant product innovations like Experian Go and Experian Boost, while also launching Experian Activate and expanding Ascend’s capabilities for increased market adoption. Previously, Scott was GM of Nielsen’s $2B Audience Measurement business, where he spearheaded digital transformation and cloud migration efforts.

Chris Bruderle brings over 25 years of experience in Data/Web Analytics and Media Market Research at premium Digital and Muti-Platform web publishers including The Daily Beast, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Conde Nast Publications and This Old House Ventures.

Before working at IAB where he leads research-based thought leadership initiatives, Chris was most recently VP, Analytics & Research at The Daily Beast where he spent nearly 7 years and was responsible for the tracking, analysis and reporting of The Daily Beast’s O&O site and off-platform data/analytics for Senior/Corporate Management, Editorial, Advertising Sales, Product/Engineering, Audience/Business Development, Social Media and PR. He established the company-wide Editorial Analytics and Advertising Sales data and research stacks which included, among others, Google Analytics, Parse.ly, Krux DMP, Optimizely, comScore, Kantar, Samba, Newswhip, Crowd Tangle, Buzzsumo, and CrazyEgg.

Prior to The Daily Beast, Chris spent 5 years as Associate and Acting Director at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where he directed the correspondence and development of all research-based strategies supporting the Advertising Sales and Marketing staffs of each of the MSLO media brands and platforms across digital, mobile/tablet, TV, print and radio. Chris has also held marketing and market research positions at Conde Nast and Time Inc.

Chris started his career at BBDO as an Assistant Media Planner where he most notably completed the “Media Training Program”.

Dory Butler is the senior vice president of Customer Experience for Verizon. She is responsible for the consumer group’s customer experience strategy, insights, experience management and design. In this role, she leads the development and delivery of high-quality sales and service experiences across all consumer and employee touchpoints.

Before Verizon, Dory led Omni Customer Experience Product Management for the Walmart US Mobile App and Walmart.com Prior, she spent 20 years at American Express leading AmericanExpress.com globally in over 25 markets and overseeing product management, marketing and operations for the global web experiences.

Dory is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Masters in Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.

Raffaella Camera is a senior executive specializing in growth strategy at the intersection of immersive technology, gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle. As Head of Brands for Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, she expanded the Epic ecosystem in the Lifestyle Brands sector, securing partnerships with industry leaders like WPP and LVMH. Heather Carver is the Chief Revenue Officer at Freestar, where she leads the demand and publisher partnership teams, driving revenue growth across a network of more than 500 publishers. In addition to overseeing organizational strategy, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives, Heather brings nearly two decades of expertise in digital advertising. Her extensive career includes leadership roles in advertising operations and business development at companies such as Magnite and Amazon.

Andrew Casale is the president and CEO of Index Exchange, a global supply-side platform renowned for its innovation in programmatic advertising. With a career in digital media spanning over three decades, Andrew has been at the forefront of the ad tech evolution, driving industry standards and championing efficiency, scale, and transparency.

Andrew’s journey began in the late 1990s, when he created his first website on GeoCities, sparking a lifelong fascination with the internet and media. His early entrepreneurial ventures in web publishing and digital advertising led him to found Casale Media in 2001. The company quickly distinguished itself as a pioneer in programmatic advertising, evolving into Index Exchange in 2015. Karen Chan is the Group Director of Investment Innovation and Marketing at GroupM, where she promotes a holistic and cross-functional approach to the evolution of media.

She creates innovative ideas and processes including continuous play and measurement advancements, manages media, tech, data, and platform partnerships, and champions internal communications, partner marketing, and events across GroupM. She most recently co-created GroupM’s Ad Innovation Accelerator, which fuses the industry’s leading media and technology organizations to power advertising experiences of the future.

Karen previously worked at VIZIO, MediaMath, Tremor Video, and SHE Media (Penske Media Group).

She is an active member of GroupM’s AAPI ERG and industry groups including the IAB Video Leadership Board and IAB Tech Lab’s Advanced TV Committee. Karen is also a trusted mentor to industry up-and-comers. Her contributions have been recognized with honors such as Adweek Media All-Stars 2023, Broadcasting + Cable’s NYC TV Week 40 Under 40, FierceVideo’s 2022 Emerging Leaders, and Cynopsis’ Top Women in Tech in 2020.

Anthony Chavez is a VP at Google leading the Privacy Sandbox initiative for the web and Android. Previously Anthony was responsible for Google’s advertiser buying platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Display & Video 360. Before joining Google in 2011, Anthony worked at Microsoft for 15 years where he led product management and engineering teams for a wide range of projects. Anthony holds a SB and MEng degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Julie Clark is the Senior Vice President, Diversified Markets, Media & Entertainment Vertical at TransUnion. Since joining TransUnion in 2023, Julie has set the strategic direction for the company’s Media & Entertainment business – which has evolved into a leading provider of data driven marketing solutions leveraged by marketers, media companies, agencies and technology and data providers all over the US. Prior to TransUnion, Julie held roles at Spotify and Hearst where she established an outstanding track record of success in planning, executing and delivering excellence in platform technology, data activation, content sales/marketing, trend analysis and marketing management. Since the start of her career and journey with TransUnion, Julie has made an immense impact through building partnerships, developing products and connecting with customers.

David Cohen joined IAB in April 2020 as President and was named Chief Executive Officer in September 2020. Cohen is a widely respected advertising agency leader who, prior to IAB, served as President, North America for MAGNA, Interpublic Group’s (IPG) centralized media intelligence, investment, and innovation arm. In this role, Cohen was responsible for more than $20 billion in media spend. During his tenure, Cohen structured and executed large global transactions on behalf of IPG and its clients, with such major IAB member companies as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Twitter, and Verizon Media.

Prior to MAGNA, Cohen served as Chief Investment Officer of UM, ensuring that digital innovation, data, and technology acumen flowed throughout the agency to drive performance. From 2001 to 2011, Cohen served in critical, transformational roles at UM during the explosive growth of digital advertising, including Chief Media Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Executive Vice President, U.S. Director of Digital Communications. In the late 1990’s, Cohen was responsible for launching and building IPG’s digital practice.

Cohen has a long history of working with trade organizations including IAB and 4As, where he served as chairman of the Interactive Marketing Committee from 2009-2013. He has also been instrumental in initiating several vital industry-wide programs, including the Future of Television, facilitated by EY. Cohen is a Queens native, with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Adelphi University. He was recognized by Adweek as a “Media All Star” and was part of the “Adweek 50” in 2012.

In 2016, David was elected to the Board of Directors of Partnership with Children a non-profit whose mission is to strengthen the emotional, social, and cognitive skills of vulnerable children in New York City to help them succeed in school, society, and life.

David enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters. A self-described gadget-geek and sometimes fitness fanatic – he ran the NYC Marathon in 2014 and 2019 and Boston Marathon in 2016.

Jeffrey Cole has been at the forefront of media and communication technology issues both in the United States and internationally for the past three decades. An expert in the field of technology and emerging media, Cole serves as an adviser to governments and leading companies around the world as they craft digital strategies. He is Director of the Center for the Digital Future and a Research Professor at the USC Annenberg School.

Cole founded and directs the World Internet Project, a long-term longitudinal look at the effects of Internet technology conducted in more than 30 countries. He has worked with both the Clinton and George W. Bush White House on media and telecommunications issues and regularly makes presentations across the U.S. and in Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.

Christine Cook is the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Bloomberg Media. Cook leads global advertising revenues across all media platforms including digital, digital video, linear TV, audio, events, custom content, print and programmatic revenues.

She was previously Senior Vice President, Head of Brand Partnerships at WarnerMedia and prior to that Chief Revenue Officer of CNN Digital where she oversaw sales strategy for CNN’s overall digital portfolio, which included premium verticals, mobile products, programmatic, emerging businesses and Great Big Story.

Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Cook served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Advertising Partnerships at Flipboard. During her six years at the company, Cook oversaw the global sales force and mobile-led revenue strategy. As an advisor, and then founding member of the advertising business team, she built the advertising partnerships unit from the ground up, which was responsible for publisher partnerships, advertising sales, operations and creative brand marketing strategy. In addition to Flipboard, she has held global entrepreneurial and business growth roles at The New York Times and Financial Times.

Cook has been active in several major advertising trade associations including the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), Digital Content Next (DCN) Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), and Advertising Women of New York/She Runs It. Beyond advertising trade associations, Christine is passionate about youth empowerment

serving on the Board of Outward Bound USA and YEAH (Youth Empowerment and Healing) Yoga, a New Orleans based non-profit providing yoga and meditation services to youth impacted by the criminal justice system. A graduate from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Cook currently lives in New York City.

Pete Crofut is Vice President, Business Development – Agencies & Brands at Wurl, a leader in the streaming TV industry. In his role, Pete oversees Wurl’s agency and brand advertiser partnerships, helping clients grow brand loyalty and reach new audiences on streaming TV. As Google’s former Chief Business Strategist, Google Marketing Platforms, he partnered with the company’s largest customers to enable their digital transformations, helping to drive more than $1 billion in incremental revenue on an annual basis. He also served as Director of Partnerships for other major advertising and technology companies prior to Wurl, including InfoTrust and Adswerve.

Jill leads commerce media strategy for Publicis Commerce and has over twenty-five years of experience in the advertising/shopper/media space, spending the past decade in eCommerce.  

She started her career in National Brand Media Buying, moving to Account and eventually Agency Leadership, servicing a wide range of marketers, including blue-chip clients such as Frito Lay, Peterbilt Motors and Dell. After 10+ years she made the decision to pivot to Shopper Marketing, understanding the importance to get closer to the sale, and she was driven by a curiosity to see how emerging tech would continue to evolve this part of the industry. She held various leadership roles in Shopper for the better part of a decade, leading all customer-specific initiatives and specializing in all classes of trade.

While most of her background has been on the agency side, in 2013, again following the industry, Jill shifted to Retail Media, and she credits the years spent as VP of Sales for one of the early retailer media networks (MyWebGrocer) as some of her most valuable – understanding both the advertising sales and data platforms, as well as the retailer software side.  She has led various agency teams across many different verticals but driving success for CPG brands like P&G, Tyson, GE, Mars and Hershey’s has been a focused sweet spot (no pun intended).  

She is a multi-Effie and Reggie award winner and has been recognized as a Campaign US 40 over 40 honoree, received the Outstanding Retail Media Contributor Award from IAB and the Path to Purchase Retail Media Award. While she is proud of the accolades that she and her teams have won, she cares most about being #1 mama to her two young daughters.  She resides in New York City but hasn’t let go of her proud Texas roots.

As Head of Marketing Measurement, Zach leads the growth and center of excellence around marketing measurement and data partnerships. His team drives the Home Depot’s industry-leading measurement solutions and defines how measurement is used to support key decisions. Zach joined The Home Depot in 2022 as Director – Measurement. In that role, he led the newly formed business and developed a team to implement measurement solutions to bridge the gap between analytical capabilities and stakeholders’ needs. Before joining The Home Depot, Zach spent over a decade in Retail Media Networks, working with brands like Target, Xerox, Best Buy, and Delta.

Kevin Dunn is the Vice President of Industry Sales, Retail & CPG at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) where he oversees Retail and CPG teams.

Kevin has worked in the martech and ad-tech industry for more than 15 years. Prior to LiveRamp, he led the digital transformation of Acxiom’s marketing services business, with innovative partnerships that connected online and offline marketing. Before Acxiom, Kevin spent seven years at IBM where he was a founding member of an industry-changing product called Universal Behavior Exchange.

He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a masters of science from Northeastern University. He currently resides in the Boston area.

Ben Dutter is the Chief Strategy Officer at Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm–at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence–igniting revenue and brand recognition for leading and emerging companies around the world. With over a decade of experience in marketing and analytics, Ben identifies and executes new marketing strategies, develops business playbooks and products and works across all departments to optimize strategy for Power Digital.

Drawing on his extensive expertise working with brands across nearly every vertical and category, ranging from CPG and fashion to SaaS and travel, Ben has been integral in driving results for Power Digital and its clients. He has been featured in publications including AdExchanger, Digiday and Media Post. In addition to his knowledge of overall business strategy, Ben has planned and managed billions of dollars of global ad spend for clients such as LinkedIn, Amazon, Mailchimp, Oura Ring, Skechers and Facebook. Beyond this, Ben also assisted in the partnership close of Power Digital’s acquisition to Court Square Capital Partners.

Based in NYC, Teresa has spent half of her nearly two-decade career focused on the power of Audio Advertising. Prior to that, Sam spent sixteen years at Discovery Inc focusing on financial systems, process improvement and data analytics. Sam was the Vice President, Data Strategy and Advanced Audience Platforms, providing leadership on the data strategy and roadmap for Discovery’s advanced TV product. He has received a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Michael Hahn is Executive Vice President & General Counsel at IAB and IAB Tech Lab. Michael has responsibility for all legal matters, including the direction of legal strategy, privacy compliance, antitrust compliance, intellectual property rights issues, and general corporate matters. Michael is also responsible for serving as an advocate for the digital advertising industry on common legal issues affecting member companies.

Michael joined IAB and IAB Tech Lab from Lowenstein Sandler LLP where he served as Vice Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. John Halley is President of Paramount Advertising, overseeing the company’s domestic multiplatform sales efforts across its leading portfolio of broadcast, cable, digital and streaming assets spanning CBS, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount+ and Pluto TV, among others. As the Executive Director of Commerce for GroupM NA, Lauren leads the advancement of our commerce offering for GroupM agencies Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, and Mindshare across various categories, including CPG, Apparel, Alcohol, Electronics, and more. In her role, Lauren oversees a range of commerce capabilities, including retail media and ad tech partnerships, commerce strategy, and activation best practices. By leveraging data-driven media plans, Lauren helps our clients find business solutions and unlock incremental revenue.

Nicolas le Bourgeois is TikTok Shop’s Head of U.S. Operations, where he is focused on improving the customer experience and supporting the platform’s growth, including the onboarding of brands, sellers, and Creators. Prior to joining TikTok Shop, Nico spent nine years at Amazon, where he held leadership roles at the Seattle headquarters overseeing various parts of the e-commerce giant’s retail operations, including the seller marketplace and consumable categories. His Amazon career began in his home country of France, before relocating to Canada and then the U.S. Earlier in his career, Nico spent eight years at L’Oreal in Paris as the general manager of several brands within the luxury division. Nico holds a Master of Science degree from École Polytechnique. He currently lives in Seattle and his TikTok is full of crazy skiers, jumping golden retrievers, and Korean beauty videos.

Travis LeBlanc is global co-chair of the cyber/data/privacy practice at Cooley LLP in Washington,
D.C. and San Francisco. He is also a Presidentially-nominated and Senate-confirmed Member of
the U.S. Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board. LeBlanc was previously the Federal
Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau Chief and earlier served as senior advisor
to California Attorney General Kamala Harris, where he oversaw California’s complex litigation
and policy in areas such as high-tech crime, cybersecurity, and privacy. He also worked in the
U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel and was appointed in 2017 as an arbitrator
of disputes under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. He currently serves on the boards of
the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Center for Democracy &
Technology (CDT) and the advisory boards of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC),

With over twenty years in advertising and online marketing, Austin Leonard is known for pioneering efforts in the retail media sector via collaboration, transparency & keeping the customer at the center of the conversation. As the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Epsilon, he spearheads efforts to enhance retail media network platforms by integrating top-tier identity data with AI-driven ad server technologies. 

His prior roles include Head of Sales at Sam’s Club MAP, Head of Food at Walmart Connect and Program Manager for the eBay Audience Platform, where he significantly increased revenue and advertiser engagement through innovative digital and in-store marketing strategies. Austin is a proud graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

As the Chief Investment and Activation Officer for dentsu’s media service line, Cara brings together the teams behind all media channels including video, radio, OOH, print, digital and programmatic, paid social, search, and retail media. She also oversees disciplines across brand assurance, economic empowerment, productivity, sports, research and insights, and business transformation and strategy.

Cara has been with dentsu since 2010 and most recently served as Chief Investment Officer where she managed $22B in annual investments for all dentsu’s media clients in the US market, overseeing all US investment activities including publisher direct media, biddable media, research, economic empowerment, productivity and strategic partnerships. She was tasked with maximizing efficiencies for her clients by leveraging the collective buying power of dentsu and delivering innovative solutions that address the changes in the media landscape.

Her media career spans 25+ years, with five years of DTC experience between two of the biggest Pharmaceutical Companies (Pfizer and Glaxo SmithKline). Cara also has a strong background in packaged goods and retail, working on the SC Johnson and Sears business for over nine years, as well as a handful of travel accounts. Her past agency experience includes MediaEdge, TN, Initiative, and MPG.

Cara was named as Cynopsis’ Top Women in Media in 2020 as an Industry Leader. She was also honored as a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year in 2020. Cara’s expertise is constantly tapped by industry reporters and has been featured in Adweek, Digiday, and MediaPost, to name a few. Cara will also serve as a charter member on the newly formed OAAA Agency Council.

Cara serves on the Executive Board for The Valerie Fund and currently runs sales and promotion for Careoke for the Kids, an industry event in its 19th year. She was honored at The Valerie Fund Thanksgiving Gala in 2019 for her tremendous contributions to the cause. Known for her strategic insight and relationship-building skills, Amy has a knack for understanding clients’ businesses and fostering collaboration. She led the creation of Southwest Airlines’ “Bags Fly Free” campaign, which boosted market share during rising fuel costs and earned a Gold Effie. Amy also guided successful Tyson campaigns like “More to Love” and “Heat Nuggets,” winning multiple awards like David Ogilvy and Clio Sports.

Michael S. Macko is the Deputy Director of Enforcement at the CPPA. He has nearly two decades of litigation and investigative experience both in industry and the public sector, including as in-house counsel handling government and regulatory litigation, and as Assistant U.S. Attorney and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He started his career as a litigator at a large law firm and clerked for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court. A former adjunct professor of law, he holds a B.A. from Penn State and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Kelly MacLean leads Engineering, Product, and Science for Amazon Ads’ Demand-Side Platform (DSP). The Amazon DSP is an industry-leading full-funnel advertising solution focused on delivering marketing objectives at scale. Prior to joining Amazon in 2023, Kelly helped build Meta’s (Facebook) advertising stack over 11 years. She most recently led Meta’s Business Products Engineering organization, building small business, enterprise, and core infrastructure products. Prior to this role, she led development and strategy for Ads Delivery, Auction, Machine-Learning, Brand, and Direct Response products; and built the first Emerging Countries, China, and Cross-Border product teams. Kelly’s been at the forefront of mobile and video advertising having been on the early teams developing video and mobile ads on Facebook, mobile app ads, and Facebook’s mobile ad DSP & networks. She lived and worked in four countries and opened Facebook’s first ads engineering office in EMEA. Prior to Facebook, Kelly held several leadership positions leading engineering, product, marketing, and operations at Flite (acquired by Snap Inc), LiveRamp (formerly Rapleaf), and Dell. Bill Magrath is an Associate General Counsel for Privacy at Yahoo, where he is the chief privacy lawyer for the Yahoo DSP. Bill also leads a team responsible for privacy compliance for several Yahoo consumer properties including Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo News, and TechCrunch. Bill was a software engineer before law school and enjoys leveraging his computer science background in his work as a privacy lawyer. Bill holds a M.S. and B.S. in computer science from Stanford University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law. Prior to joining Yahoo Bill was a transactional associate at Gibson Dunn.

Kim Mains is a technology strategy and operations executive with over 20 years of experience shaping product innovation, technology strategy, and large-scale operational transformation. As the leader of Content Strategy for Meta’s Reality Labs Metaverse and AR/MR division, Kim drives the strategic vision and execution of immersive experiences within one of the world’s most forward-thinking technological ecosystems.

Prior to her current role, Kim was the head of Strategy and Operations for Reality Labs and served as Chief of Staff to Meta’s Chief Technology Officer. She also played a pivotal role in scaling Meta’s global privacy efforts, creating and operationalizing Meta’s Global Privacy Program from the ground up.

A seasoned Silicon Valley media executive with 15+ years of experience in designing, developing, launching and growing complex technical products both with startups and Fortune 500 companies, Vikrant co-founded Future Today Inc. as a video distribution & technology company that currently is a leading streaming technology provider specializing in OTT and CTV ad-supported solutions for content creators and advertisers. The comprehensive portfolio of technology and services includes Channel as a Service (CaaS), FAST Channel launch, content management and publishing, app development and maintenance, cross-channel promotion, advertising, monetization and more.

In his role at Future Today, Vikrant is responsible for building and growing content partnerships, managing relationships with OEMs, as well as overseeing the company’s monetization strategy and relationships with advertising partners. Johanna Mayer-Jones is the Global Chief Advertising Officer for The Washington Post, leading The Post’s positioning as a key partner to clients while maintaining, embracing and empowering its commitment to news.

In her role, Johanna oversees client partnerships, revenue operations, data solutions, audience insights and professional offerings. Before joining The Post in July 2022, she served as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships for The Atlantic, where she led the publisher’s global sales and account management teams.

Johanna’s experience includes eight years at The Wall Street Journal in both Hong Kong and New York, building integrated client solutions through live journalism, custom content and more. David McKillips assumed the role of CEO on January 21, 2020. CEC Entertainment is the parent company of the world’s number one family entertainment venue, Chuck E. Cheese, Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings and growing regional pizza restaurant Peter Piper Pizza. Across the family of brands, there are nearly 700 restaurants around the globe.

David has nearly 30 years of experience in the family entertainment, media and theme park industries. Since joining CEC, he was named one of Dallas’ Most Admired CEOs by Dallas Business Journalfor his leadership during one of the most difficult times for the Chuck E. Cheese brand. During his tenure, he managed bankruptcy, a successful financial
restructuring, launched Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings, is expanding the brand internationally and created a new division for global media licensing and entertainment to take the iconic Chuck E. Cheese brand to new dimensions.

As VP, Commercial Marketing and Growth, Sam proudly oversees Integrated and Product Marketing, Research, Trade Marketing, Commercial Data Strategy and Media Strategy for BBC’s North American Ad Sales Organization. Mario Mijares is VP, Insights, Loyalty, Marketing and Monetization Platforms at 7-Eleven, Inc. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for customer research and analytics, loyalty programs, in-store and shopper marketing and monetization platforms. Mario joined 7-Eleven in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in retail and retail-consulting with top brands across the USA, UK, France, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. As such, he is a keen student of marketing practices around the world. Over the last two years, his team has created several key 7-Eleven products, including C-Shopper, The Brainfreeze Collective and Gulp Media to help CPGs better understand and market to the immediate-consumption consumer.

Ali Miller is the Vice President of Ads Product at Instacart, the leading grocery technology company in North America. Ali leads the team building and scaling ad products for all of Instacart’s advertisers, from emerging to established brands. She is tasked with creating engaging, innovative ad solutions that align with the goals of Instacart’s unique four-sided marketplace. Ali joined Instacart in 2021 from Google, where she was focused on Google Ads and YouTube Ads, building out the product portfolio across formats, quality, advertiser experience, and more. Ali has been recognized by Progressive Grocer as a Top Women in Grocery in 2023 and 2024, named a Campaign US Inspiring Woman, and shortlisted for AdExchanger’s Leadership in Advertising award. In her spare time, she performs as a violinist in the Oakland Symphony.

David Mogensen brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Uber, where he leads global marketing. In his role, David oversees a team of marketers responsible for building the Uber and Uber Eats brands and businesses by engaging consumers, earners, and merchants across more than 70 countries. His team is committed to advancing Uber’s mission to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. David was recently named one of Forbes’ 50 most entrepreneurial CMOs.

Prior to his current role, David led Marketing for Uber in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before that, he held various leadership positions at Google, including leading marketing for Northern Europe and global B2B product marketing at YouTube, helping to grow YouTube into the multi-billion dollar business it is today.

Earlier in his career David spent a decade at BMW of North America, where he oversaw BMW’s brand positioning and advertising in the US.

David lives in the SF Bay Area with his wife, two children, and a bashful English Cocker Spaniel.

Alan Moss is Vice President of Global Advertising Sales at Amazon Ads where he focuses on helping businesses around the world engage customers and build their brands.

Prior to joining Amazon Ads, Alan spent 13 years at Google, where he most recently served as Vice President of Professional Services supporting advertisers and publishers globally. Other roles included leading Google’s largest U.S. customer sales sector, as well as its Americas mid-market sales organization. Alan has also held leadership positions at other technology and internet-based companies, including PayPal, ChartOne, GoTo Shopping (acquired by Yahoo!), CareTools, Wang Laboratories, Microsoft, and LEK Consulting. Alan holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Arlene recently served as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Lowe’s Companies Inc., a fortune 40 company in the home improvement retail industry. At Lowe’s, she established and oversaw the Lowe’s privacy program, led a cross-functional team to operationalize privacy requirements, and advised on complex data privacy regulatory issues to enable the company’s technology transformation. During her decade-long experience with Lowe’s, she has also covered regulatory compliance, ethics, antitrust, international trade, commercial and governance issues in both the U.S. and overseas operations. She holds CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPM and PLS certifications. Arlene received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, LL.M from University of Southern California, and LL.B. from Nanjing University.

Graham Mudd is Senior Vice President, Product Management, for Anonym, a division of the Mozilla Corporation that develops privacy preserving technologies for the digital advertising industry. Graham was a co-founder of Anonym, which was acquired by Mozilla in June 2024. Anonym was founded with the belief that advanced technologies can enable high performing, measurable advertising while preserving people’s privacy.

Graham has spent his career at the intersection of analytics and data driven advertising. Prior to co-founding Anonym, Graham spent 10 years at Meta; in his last role he was Vice President, Product Marketing for Ads and Business Products at Meta. Prior to joining Meta, Graham held leadership positions at Comscore and Yahoo.

Graham holds a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Graham lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and twin son and daughter. He loves to cook, entertain, travel and ski with friends and family.

Rich is the Head of Offers & eCommerce, and President of Chase Media Solutions. Rich leads Chase’s digital media business, which includes Chase Media Solutions, a dual-sided media platform that connects brands to Chase’s 80 million customers with the goal of helping consumers discover great value from merchants that matter to them while also driving sales for brands and merchant partners.

Over his 30+ career, Rich has held leadership roles, including at E*TRADE and American Express, where he led brand development and customer acquisition. Prior to that, he held roles at several start-ups and within ad agencies.

Charlotte Murphy is the Senior Director, Legal Counsel – Global Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. In her role, she oversees legal matters related to global marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing risks associated with digital media and AI technologies. Charlotte has been instrumental in drafting and updating AI-related policies and training, and she leads efforts to establish cross-functional AI working groups within the Company.

Charlotte is also committed to giving back to the community. She leads Coca-Cola’s Pro Bono Committee and serves as Vice President of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a nonprofit organization providing legal services to artists, inventors, and arts organizations.

Dera Nevin is a data lawyer and expert with more than 20 years of experience addressing digital risk issues including privacy, data protection, information risk management, e-discovery and the application of emerging technologies to the delivery of legal services. Ms. Nevin specializes in applying artificial intelligence, automation and synthetic data strategies to complex client challenges.

Ms. Nevin works closely with corporate and law firm clients to establish litigation and regulatory readiness programs and benchmark and operationalize technology-forward data compliance frameworks. She is an expert across numerous areas of digital insights and risk management and is known for her early work in e-discovery. Specifically, Dera pioneered the use of novel forms of digital evidence within litigation and regulatory investigations and assisted with the design and use of technology to acquire, process and present that evidence. Ms. Nevin is widely regarded as a visionary and leader in the treatment of digital legal information during complex cross-border movement of sensitive data.

Ms. Nevin’s experience includes supporting global organizations across information governance, proactive privacy and data protection compliance, breach response, regulatory investigations, technology implementation, e-discovery and the development of litigation readiness programs. She has also facilitated privacy and data protection assessment programs and provided scoping frameworks for privacy assessments and audits.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Ms. Nevin was the Data Policy and Strategy Officer, legal and compliance, at Blackstone, Inc., where she developed and oversaw global privacy, data protection, information risk management and data science compliance programs, including selection and implementation of privacy technology and data discovery technology. She also established due diligence policies and frameworks for M&A activity and portfolio company oversight. She has also practiced as a data lawyer at Baker & McKenzie and Proskauer Rose, as well as at additional financial institutions and law firms.

Edward Norton is a filmmaker, founder, and philanthropist. In addition to his acclaimed work in film, he is the Chairman & co-founder of EDO, the TV outcomes company. EDO is a TV measurement leader that predictively powers the success of marketing, research and creative professionals – trusted by leading agencies, brands, networks, streamers, and studios. Edward is also a co-founder of several other successful companies including Zeck, Stacks, and CrowdRise (acquired by GoFundMe) and an early stage investor (Uber, Tala, and Kensho — acquired by S&P Global). He is also deeply involved in conservation work in Kenya and globally with the UN.

Kevin has a proven track record of driving transformative advancements in the advertising and media industry. He pioneered TV and CTV attribution at TVSquared, expanded AI and machine learning capabilities for media targeting at a4 Advertising, and has held leadership roles that shaped product development and the evolution of marketing mix models and measurement standards.

Kevin is a member of the IAB Tech Lab’s Advanced TV Committee and is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration in the advertising ecosystem.

Kimberly brings 15 years of combined experience developing and executing marketing programming for global brands aimed at driving growth. At MediaLink, she focuses on growth strategy, marketplace visibility, narrative development and go to market strategy for a wide-ranging roster of clients including adtech, big tech, and digital and traditional media companies.

Previously, Kimberly worked for Facebook where she focused on global process optimization related to XR product development for Reality Labs. She spent the previous four years at a private UK based brand marketing startup agency serving as the Global Client Partner to Oculus and the Client Services Director.

John Osborn was appointed as the Director for Ad Net Zero, an all-voluntary and non-competitive community focused on sustainable practices in the ad sector in the United States, in late 2022. Originally launched as a global program in the UK, ANZ has grown to over 100 supporting companies in the US market in just over a year. Under John’s leadership, ANZ’s mission is to leverage the power of its supporters, alongside all the players in the advertising and marketing space, to advance sustainability across the industry and offer the tools, frameworks and education to empower companies to drive their efforts around sustainability forward.

Prior to ANZ, John was CEO of OMD in the US over five years from 2017 until late 2022.

John’s experience also includes 25 years of service at BBDO NY, where he served as President & CEO for 13 consecutive years prior to moving to OMD. John has a wide array of non-profit board experiences including the American Red Cross of GNY, Global Dignity, Police Athletic League,

Ad Council, Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, AAF and more.

Leo O’Connor currently serves as Executive Vice President of Streaming for Paramount Advertising. In this role, he leads the digital go-to-market and platform strategy across direct sales, programmatic and commerce, which includes product, pricing, programmatic sales, and platform partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, and Commerce Platforms (RMN, shopper). Additionally, Leo advises Paramount distribution teams on ad partnership terms and works closely with marketing & communications on trade marketing efforts for Paramount Advertising. O’Connor joined the company under Viacom in 2006, and has held roles in yield management, ad sales, pricing & inventory, and platform partnerships. In a prior life, Leo worked in yield management and pricing in the airline industry. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Mike O’Donnell is the Chief Revenue/ Strategic Growth Officer for VIZIO, the second largest smart TV company in America. In his first year at VIZIO, O’Donnell not only led the launch of VIZIO’s exploding direct-to-device advertising business, but his team has transformed the streaming ecosystem on VIZIO’s SmartCast platform by launching over 100 new free ad-supported linear channels and striking new deals with Disney/ESPN/ABC, Peacock and NBCUniversal, Apple, Marvel, Amazon, and dozens more.


An advertising industry veteran, Mike helped pioneer the first generation of connected TV advertising solutions at YUME as SVP of North America where he helped grow the company from a start-up to its listing on the NYSE. Prior to joining VIZIO, O’Donnell served as Chief Revenue Officer of Connekt and led distribution and monetization efforts of their Smart TV technology platform.

Vinod leads the Supply Quality Standards program within Amazon Ads and is focused on solving systemic industry problems related to invalid traffic filtration, brand safety, and viewability. With close to a decade of experience in ad tech and Supply Quality in particular, Vinod collaborates with various industry bodies on building durable solutions. Prior to Amazon, Vinod worked in product and engineering roles in internet telephony and instant messaging domains, during which he contributed to open source and standards-development initiatives across Apache Software Foundation and the IETF.

Varun Parmar is general manager of Adobe GenStudio, a generative AI-first application that enables brands to quickly plan, create, manage, activate across apps and publishers, and measure on-brand content. Previously, Varun was COO at Miro, a digital collaboration platform, where he led a global team across product management, engineering, design, customer engagement, and partnerships. Earlier, he was Chief Product Officer at Box, a leader in enterprise content management, co-founded a document collaboration start-up that was acquired by Box, and held senior product remits at Dell EMC. Varun graduated from MIT with a joint master’s degree in business and engineering.

Megan is a seasoned leader with over 20 years in digital advertising and marketing experience She currently serves as the Global Director of CPG Partnerships for Uber Advertising. Her team is responsible for driving partnerships with the world’s top CPG partners – enabling experiences to help them build their brands and drive sales. Prior to Uber, Megan was an early member of the Snap Inc team leading Food, Beverage and Retail partnerships and spent 6 years at Google leading partnerships in both the Food, Bev and Financial Services sector. Megan started her career on the publishing side with time spent at Forbes.com and the international news agency, Reuters. Megan has a BS from Miami University, ongoing ed from NYU and serves on the council for the Fresh Air Fund. Megan resides in New York City with her husband and three boys and in her spare time, can be found running, playing tennis or watching her boys play ice hockey.

Tru Pettigrew spent four seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx of the NBA and WNBA, and takes great pride in serving as the organizations first Chief Impact Officer. Pettigrew previously served as the Timberwolves and Lynx Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and Vice President of Player Programs and Diversity and Inclusion. 

In his role as Chief Impact Officer, Pettigrew oversaw all community relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts including setting the strategic vision across all four franchises – the Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Lynx, Iowa Wolves and T-Wolves Gaming.  

Following the murder of George Floyd, Pettigrew played an integral role with the team from convening team discussions around race relations and social justice to serving as a bridge builder for community dialogue with the Minneapolis Police Department and other civic members. 

Pettigrew is also a published author. His first book, Millennials Revealed, continues to provide guidance and direction to countless organizations, helping them to understand how to build bridges across the different generation gaps. His newest book, We Can All Be Bridge Builders, serves as a comprehensive guide for leaders of all levels, equipping them with the tools and strategies to help bridge gaps across differences and cultivate genuine relationships and cultures of inclusion.

Tru currently operates his own consulting firm, Tru Access (www.tru-access.com) where he helps organizations build bridges of trust and understanding across various areas of division. This includes but is not limited to racial divides, gender divides, generational divides, and relational divides of all kinds. As a part of his bridge building efforts, he founded Barbershop Rap Sessions, which serves as a platform that leverages barbershops across the country as a trusted venue for hosting facilitated dialogue between law enforcement and communities of color. He has also served as a Subject Matter Expert for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and has shared his bridge building and marketing expertise with brands such as Nike, Adidas, Hennessy, Heineken, Unilever, Timberland, and Ford. 

Pettigrew was named to Sports Business Journal’s “ALL IN: Leaders in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” Class of 2023, which recognizes leaders at different sports organizations who are change agents and tireless advocates of DEI in the sports business. Pettigrew was also named to Twin Cities Business Magazine’s “100 People to Know in 2022,” and the Minnesota 500, a list of the state’s most powerful and influential leaders in Minnesota by Greenspring Media. He currently serves on the Boards of PRO Sports Assembly, and V3 Sports.

Pettigrew has been married to his beautiful wife, Tameka, for 22 years, and they are both proud parents of their 12-year-old Young Prince, Austin.

Carryl Pierre-Drews is Executive Vice President, and Chief Marketing Officer at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) where she is responsible for providing executive leadership and management of the IAB marketing and communications organization and activities to forward the IAB’s position as a digital, marketing, and media industry thought leader and agenda-setter. Carryl has stewardship of the IAB Brand inclusive of Events, Marketing, PR, Programming, and Digital with the goal of elevating IAB’s profile with media and tech CEOs, CMOs, and the marketing and advertising industry at large.

Previously, Carryl held the title of Vice President of Marketing at Fullscreen, a next-gen social marketing agency, where she built and led the agency’s brand marketing, PR, digital/social channels, influencer engagements, and global industry activations. Carryl was instrumental in catalyzing key strategic decisions that drove business growth, elevated visibility, and increased shareholder value positioning Fullscreen for the AT&T acquisition in 2018 and eventual WarnerMedia integration in 2019.

Prior to Fullscreen, Carryl was Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing at USA Network (NBCUniversal), where she led the integrated marketing, communications strategy, and client experiences teams. Carryl serves as Secretary for Pet Partners board of directors, is a member of the board of directors of Mohonk Preserve, and has been an active member of She Runs It for over 20 years, with six spent on the Board (2012-2018). In 2019 Carryl was nominated and became a founding member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders. She was honored twice by CableFax Magazine as one of the most influential minorities in cable — in 2013 “The Leaders” and in 2012 “The Influentials.”

Joelle is Vice President, AI Research at Meta and a Professor at McGill University. Her research focuses primarily on developing new models and algorithms for planning and learning in complex, partially observable domains. Joelle also applies these algorithms to robotics, health care, games, and conversational agents. She serves on the board of the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research and the Journal of Machine Learning Research. Joelle holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MSc and Ph.D. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael Ramlet is the co-founder and CEO of Morning Consult, a global decision intelligence company changing how leaders make smarter, faster, better decisions.

Since co-founding Morning Consult in 2014, the company’s proprietary technology, including AI and machine-learning solutions, has paired with leading, high-frequency datasets and access to 100 million people globally.

Michael earned his bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Jeff Ratner serves as President of Media, Analytics, and Data at leading independent full-service agency Quigley-Simpson, where he oversees the agency’s Media Strategy and Planning, Investment, Activation, and Analytics practices. A seasoned marketing executive with over 20+ years of experience on both the client and agency side, Ratner solves complex business challenges by utilizing the latest in data, analytics, and technology. His impressive resume includes senior agency positions at GroupM’s Mindshare, Publicis Media’s Zenith, and Hearst’s iCrossing. Ratner has also held senior marketing positions at Sony Corporation of America and Kaplan North America, a global educational services company.

Shenan Reed was appointed global chief media officer in January 2024.


As GM’s global chief media officer, Shenan will be responsible for building a leading-edge global media team that accelerates GM’s media approach into the future.


Reed joined GM from L’Oréal where she was senior vice president and head of Media and was responsible for elevating the quality of consumer connections for the L’Oréal USA brands.


She has over 20 years’ experience in the digital media, advertising, analytics, and entrepreneurial space and is a highly sought-after thought leader, regularly presenting at major advertising and digital media industry conferences. Her insights and opinions have been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, AdAge, MediaPost, Huffington Post, AdWeek and Women’s Wear Daily. Her deep understanding of advertising, media and analytics has mandated her inclusion on several advisory boards including Pinterest, ANA Media Council, ANA Board, MMA, IAB, VOX, SeeHer and others.


She previously led the GSK and Verizon Power of One solutions for Publicis and lead the L’Oréal business and Digital Practice at Wavemaker. A strong advocate for developing the next generation of female leaders in her industry, Shenan was a 2023 212NYC Thought Leadership Honoree, selected by AWNY as a Changing the Game Winner in 2016 and an AWNY Working Mother of the Year Honoree 2015. She has been a judge for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business as well as an award recipient.


Shenan resides in Bronxville, New York with her husband, two children and their beagle Pebbles, named for the Flintstones character who grows up to be an advertising executive.

Dr. Jon Roberts is Chief Innovation Officer at Dotdash Meredith. He previously spent 10 years as a theoretical physicist working with CERN and the AMS detector on the International Space Station. Dr. Roberts received his Ph.D. at the University of Southampton and his M.A. from the University of Oxford.

Liz Roche, Vice President of Measurement and Media, leads Albertsons Media Collective teams dedicated to building out innovative, transparent measurement products, advanced audience targeting solutions and performative media campaigns for clients and partners. With experience leading teams and organizations across platforms, agencies and publishers, Liz drives impact through strong collaboration and accountability.
