Harry Chambers is a seasoned analyst with over 4 years of experience in privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. Currently a Regulatory Content Strategist at OneTrust, he is part of the Regulatory Intelligence team, managing the legal requirements of the Consent Management Platform (CMP) and Universal Consent and Preference Management (UCPM).

Harry specializes in practices areas including consent, cookies, direct marketing, employment data, and data retention. Harry has successfully facilitated the adoption of AI tools internally that have delivered measurable business value in the coverage of notable privacy developments on US State privacy laws, the GDPR, and other comprehensive privacy legislation.

Andy Dale is General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of OpenAP a TV adtech joint venture backed by NBCU, Fox, Paramount and Warner/Discovery. Prior to OpenAP, Andy was the GC/CPO at Alyce a B2B gifting and engagement platform, GC & VP Global Privacy at SessionM which was acquired Mastercard in 2019 and VP Legal & DPO at dataxu an adtech company which was acquired by Roku.

He is an active speaker, writer and advisor in the marketing/advertising tech space. Together with Pedro Pavon from Meta, Andy hosts the popular podcast “The Data Protection Breakfast Club” and runs a series of adtech roundtables with industry GCs and privacy lawyers.

Andy has also served as an in-house lawyer at TD Ameritrade, worked in a corporate law firm and clerked for a judge in Baltimore. He received his BA from Colgate University, his JD from University of Baltimore and holds the IAPP’s CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications.  

Wynter Deagle is a Privacy and Cybersecurity partner at Sheppard Mullin and chairs its global intellectual property practice group. JACQUELYN FRADETTE is a trial lawyer who represents clients in all areas of litigation. Jacquelyn has tried cases through arbitration, as well as in state and federal court. Her experience broadly ranges from ligation strategy, pre-complaint analysis through trial, with a particular focus on hearings, depositions, fact witness and expert testimony.

Jacquelyn has represented clients in commercial litigation and class action litigation arising under statutes such as the False Claims Act, Lanham Act, state consumer protection laws, state common law false advertising, breach of contract, and business tort claims, as well as federal and state constitutional claims. Jacquelyn also represents clients in civil actions against government entities.

A 25-year digital media pioneer Richy has led seven startups: three inside of big media companies, four outside. Richy now serves as Co-Founder and CEO of SafeGuard Privacy. He previously held executive roles at leading brands, agencies, and media companies. In his role as CEO/COO at Medialets, Richy pivoted & sold the company to WPP. Richy was on the founding team of CNN.com, the CEO/Founder of Phase2Media, a co-founder of IAB, and a co-founding board member of Breastcancer.org. Richy has also served at MTVN, Turner Broadcasting, and News Corp.

Nicholas Godlove is an attorney who specializes in privacy, cybersecurity, and AI applications. He has spoken widely on artificial intelligence, web browser and app privacy, and international data laws before bar associations, trade groups, and other organizations. He has also served on committees for the advancement of the field and taught as an adjunct professor. He currently manages the privacy program for Yum! Brands, which operates KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and the Habit Burger Grill.

Daniel is Chair of the Data Strategy, Privacy & Security Group at Frankfurt Kurnit. Daniel advises on a wide range of privacy, security, and AI matters, including compliance with consumer, business, and HR datasets. His expertise spans from handling high-stakes regulatory enforcement actions to shaping the application of privacy laws, including one of the first public actions under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Privacy Law Section of the California Privacy Lawyers Association recently named him the 2025 “California Privacy Lawyer of the Year.”

Krista M.Z. Griffith is State Representative for the 12th District of Delaware, which includes neighborhoods in Wilmington, North Wilmington, Greenville, and Hockessin. She is a parent, attorney and advocate who has dedicated her career to protecting Delaware residents and improving the lives of people of all ages. Her work has helped ensure that Delawareans, including the most vulnerable, have access to economic and educational opportunity as well as equitable treatment by the justice system.

Krista, chair of the Delaware Artificial Intelligence Commission, served for nearly a decade as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice under the administrations of Beau Biden and Matt Denn. Krista led Attorney General Biden’s Senior Protection Initiative and was assistant unit head of the Department of Justice’s Domestic Violence and Child Abuse units. She also represented state agencies including the Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families.

Krista knows first-hand the healthcare challenges confronting Delaware families. When her younger son, Nate, faced a life-threatening leukemia diagnosis, Krista left the Department of Justice in 2015. She spent months at Nate’s bedside while he underwent successful cancer treatment.

Krista has dedicated hundreds of hours to board leadership and community service for several nonprofit organizations in Delaware including the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware.

Michael Hahn is Executive Vice President & General Counsel at IAB and IAB Tech Lab. Michael has responsibility for all legal matters, including the direction of legal strategy, privacy compliance, antitrust compliance, intellectual property rights issues, and general corporate matters. Michael is also responsible for serving as an advocate for the digital advertising industry on common legal issues affecting member companies.

Michael joined IAB and IAB Tech Lab from Lowenstein Sandler LLP where he served as Vice Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. In that role, he provided clients with strategic counsel around competition, distribution and governance issues. In the area of litigation, Michael’s matters have included multiparty class action antitrust defense representation.

Michael served previously as Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Antitrust Law Committee. He also previously served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Competition Law 360 and the Advisory Board of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Civil Torts & RICO Committee. Michael frequently publishes on a range of legal and policy issues.

Michael earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Rutgers University, M.P.P. from Georgetown University and J.D. for Georgetown University Law Center.

Neil Johnson is privacy counsel for United Airlines. Neil advises on new and novel technologies such as biometrics and artificial intelligence as well as manages key pillars of the company’s privacy program. Specifically, Neil advises the company’s commerce media network on the privacy issues surrounding digital advertising. Prior to United, Neil was a data privacy & cybersecurity attorney at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Neil has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Indiana University, a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and is a CIPP/US/EU and CIPM.

Sundeep Kapur advises on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and other data initiatives involving complex or emerging technologies. He possesses an in-depth technical and legal understanding of the adtech ecosystem (e.g., connected TV, linear TV, over-the-top media, desktop, mobile) and is a key contributor to the development of industry-wide adtech privacy solutions. He also advises on compliance with self-regulatory regimes developed by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), and Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).

Gary advises ad tech companies, advertising agencies, publishers, brands and other commercial entities regarding transactions for interactive media, behavioral advertising, social media, programmatic media buying, affiliate marketing, data collection and usage, and other emerging products and services. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and member of the Publications Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Rowena Lam is the Senior Director of Privacy & Data at IAB Tech Lab, where she spearheads the organization’s privacy initiatives. In this role, she oversees the development of critical specifications and resources, such as the Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), the Global Privacy Protocol (GPP), the Data Deletion Request Framework, among others. Her expertise extends to navigating the complex privacy regulations and their implications for the digital media ecosystem, despite not being a lawyer.

Previously, Rowena gained extensive experience in the casual games sector, where she was involved in creating free-to-play and ad-supported mobile and web games. She also played a key role in developing internal ad tech solutions to these games. Her career includes roles at Publishers Clearing House and Mobilityware, where she applied her deep industry knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Jessica Lee chairs Loeb & Loeb’s Privacy, Security & Data Innovations practice. Jessica helps companies in the U.S. and around the world launch, market and monetize their digital products and content. She provides strategic privacy counselling to clients who are leveraging data in connection with programmatic and addressable advertising, voice technology, location-based tracking, smart devices and wearables, as well as emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and facial recognition. Jessica has assisted dozens of organizations design their privacy programs and operationalize U.S. and international privacy and data security requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and, more recently, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and upcoming state privacy laws. Jessica is the Chair of the Cyber Security & Surveillance Committee of the International Bar Association and sits on the IAPP’s Publications Advisory Board. Jessica is a supporter of the arts and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Weeksville Heritage Center and sits on the Board of Directors for the Laundromat Project and Musicians on Call.

Robyn Mohr counsels clients on complex issues related to data privacy, digital marketing, advertising and e-commerce. She advises on everything from interest-based and addressable advertising, data analytics, location-based tracking, to the use of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and facial recognition.

Leveraging her prior in-house experience and product counseling roles, Robyn routinely represents clients in the media/publishing, consumer products, telecommunications, and hospitality industries. Drawing on her regulatory background, Robyn works with clients to design their privacy programs and operationalize U.S. and international privacy and data security requirements, including state privacy laws, as well as other advertising, marketing and consumer protection laws and automatic renewal laws.

Dera Nevin is a data lawyer and expert with more than 20 years of experience addressing digital risk issues including privacy, data protection, information risk management, e-discovery and the application of emerging technologies to the delivery of legal services. Ms. Nevin specializes in applying artificial intelligence, automation and synthetic data strategies to complex client challenges.

Ms. Nevin works closely with corporate and law firm clients to establish litigation and regulatory readiness programs and benchmark and operationalize technology-forward data compliance frameworks. She is an expert across numerous areas of digital insights and risk management and is known for her early work in e-discovery. Specifically, Dera pioneered the use of novel forms of digital evidence within litigation and regulatory investigations and assisted with the design and use of technology to acquire, process and present that evidence. Ms. Nevin is widely regarded as a visionary and leader in the treatment of digital legal information during complex cross-border movement of sensitive data.

Ms. Nevin’s experience includes supporting global organizations across information governance, proactive privacy and data protection compliance, breach response, regulatory investigations, technology implementation, e-discovery and the development of litigation readiness programs. She has also facilitated privacy and data protection assessment programs and provided scoping frameworks for privacy assessments and audits.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Ms. Nevin was the Data Policy and Strategy Officer, legal and compliance, at Blackstone, Inc., where she developed and oversaw global privacy, data protection, information risk management and data science compliance programs, including selection and implementation of privacy technology and data discovery technology. She also established due diligence policies and frameworks for M&A activity and portfolio company oversight. She has also practiced as a data lawyer at Baker & McKenzie and Proskauer Rose, as well as at additional financial institutions and law firms.

Michael Palmer is originally from a small town in upstate New York. As an undergraduate at Vassar College he majored in history and political science and holds advanced degrees from Cornell, Harvard and the Stern School of Business. Prior to settling into a career in software development, Michael had previously worked a wide variety of jobs, including being a college lecturer, a wilderness guide and a factory shift manager. After working for several years as a software product manager for a clinical trial software, Michael helped found a small business intelligence company, where he ran operations. After selling and successfully exiting this company, Michael joined GroupM via Xaxis where he has worked for the last five years in several technology-related roles. He is currently WPP Media’s global Vice President for Emerging Technologies.

Julie Rubash is General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for Sourcepoint, the practical privacy platform for the world’s most influential brands. Julie brings over 15 years of legal experience both at law firms and as internal counsel in the media, technology, and advertising sectors. Prior to Sourcepoint, Julie served as the VP of Legal at advertising platform Nativo. She coordinates legal efforts for Sourcepoint and ensures that the product suite innovates and expands to meet the demands created by the changing regulatory landscape.

Arshdeep Sood serves as Solutions Engineer at OneTrust, the Trust Intelligence Platform, unlocking every company’s value and potential to thrive by doing what’s good for people and the planet. OneTrust connects privacy, GRC, ethics, and ESG teams, data, and processes, so all companies can collaborate seamlessly and put trust at the centre of their operations and culture.  In her role, Arshdeep supports the OneTrust’s Consent & Preference Management  where she advises companies on how to drive engaging user experiences while building trust and demonstrating regulatory compliance. Arshdeep earned a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and holds multiple certifications – FIP, CIPP/E, CIPM, Management of Technology (Scheller College of Business).

Chris Tarbell, currently at Versant Media, was Special Counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren, and has a deep understanding of the privacy landscape and advises clients on privacy and consumer protections risks. He assists with issues related to compliance with state, federal, and global privacy laws, and helps clients achieve their overall business objectives. Chris has counseled clients across the advertising ecosystem, from publishers, to brands, to ad tech companies. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Chris was an associate general counsel for Fanatics, a leading global sports platform, and assistant general counsel for The Walt Disney Company.

Andrew L. Tobel joins the IAB as Assistant General Counsel, specializing in the privacy, technology and digital advertising space. He is passionate about helping advertisers and their partners navigate complex legal landscapes by translating intricate legal concepts into clear, actionable strategies. Andrew’s expertise bridges the gap between technological requirements and legal compliance, empowering teams to innovate and grow.

Prior to IAB, Andrew was privacy counsel to Albertsons retail media network and product teams, held his own law firm, and served in numerous staff augmentation role including acting as global head of privacy and deputy privacy officer. He enjoys running, having a good laugh with friends and family, focusing on his golf swing, and serving his community through local outreach.

I’m one of a few leading EU privacy and technology specialists based full time in Silicon Valley. My daily workload focusses on data compliance projects and EU technology transactions (particularly those with a disruptive component).

For 20 years I have been advising clients selling and buying technology and on the regulations that may impact these sales and solutions. I have particular expertise where cloud, digital and online technologies converge and leverage data in order to deliver value. I spend a lot of time helping US businesses understand and grow in European markets. I negotiate deals; help explain and comply with regulations and work to explain compliance in order to reduce friction in the contracting process.

With EU/US personal data exchanges so fundamental to US technology offerings, a large proportion of my time is spent assisting with large global data transfer projects, GDPR “readiness”, internal governance and accountability structures and on data protection risk management. I also know my way around Europe’s consumer and internet laws.
