Jeffrey Bustos is the VP, MAD+Commerce (Measurement Addressability Data) at the IAB where he develops industry standards and guides for measurement and addressability solutions to enable revenue growth, efficiency, and scale with a focus in Retail Media Networks, Video / Advanced Television, and Privacy Enhancing Technology. Key projects include: Categorization & Definitions Buyers Guide for Retail Media, Data Clean Rooms and Privacy Preserving Solutions Research, and Attention & Engagement Metrics Standards. Previously Jeffrey worked at GroupM where he led Data & Audience Strategy for eCommerce clients, consulting them on cookieless solutions, audience strategy & activation, and data taxonomy & identity resolution for CDP and Data Clean Room activations.
As a member of the content team at eMarketer|Insider Intelligence, Matteo is responsible for researching, analyzing, and staying up to date on the latest digital trends across Latin America and Spain. His main areas of focus include: ad spending, social media, ecommerce, consumer behavior, among others.
Matteo has more than a decade of experience in building strategic communications and marketing initiatives in both the private and public sectors, including the United Nations, Council of the Americas, and his own digital consulting agency, MCS Global Media. Matteo is proficient in nine languages and has regional expertise in developing digital strategies throughout Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Matteo graduated summa cum laude from Pace University in NYC with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies and a double minor in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies.
In his free time, Matteo teaches foreign languages and guest lectures on topics pertaining to Latin American political and economic development. His writing has appeared in a variety of political and marketing blogs, scholarly journals, as well as literary magazines.
Pablo García has 20 years of experience in marketing and commercial areas in leading consumer goods companies, such as Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Johnson & Johnson. In this last organization, he was carrying out his duties from the company’s offices in England. In that country he joined PepsiCo where he came to hold positions such as General Manager Argentina and VP for the Snacks category in Central and South America. Now as VP Marketing Commerce, he leads marketing organizations for Mercado Libre’s Ecommerce business, VIS (vehicles, real estate, and services) and Advertising units. Previously, he led Mercado Pago’s marketing team.
