Key projects include: Categorization & Definitions Buyers Guide for Retail Media, Data Clean Rooms and Privacy Preserving Solutions Research, and Attention & Engagement Metrics Standards. Previously Jeffrey worked at GroupM where he led Data & Audience Strategy for eCommerce clients, consulting them on cookieless solutions, audience strategy & activation, and data taxonomy & identity resolution for CDP and Data Clean Room activations.
As Vice President of Content for Retail TouchPoints, Alicia oversees audience analysis, editorial strategy and activation across the brand’s entire network of digital and in-person channels. She is the host of the Retail Remix podcast and speaks on topics including omnichannel strategy, next-gen store design and innovative retail business models.
Nathan is the co-founder of Analytic Index, the market leading Retail Search Intelligence platform used by agencies and brands. Prior to Analytic Index, Nathan was the co-founder/CRO of One Click Retail which was later acquired and rebranded Edge by Ascential.
John Willkom is the Head of Global Ecommerce at The Mars Agency, where he leads a global practice focused on overall business management, digital shelf optimization, and marketing/advertising. John is also an avid sports fan and accomplished author, having penned the Amazon best-selling book, Walk-On Warrior, in 2018.
