This will be followed by a 25-minute moderated panel discussion with top industry leaders about the evolution of contextual targeting, its implementation, effectiveness, and potential in a cookie-less world.
A seasoned executive with 24+ years of digital media, marketing and operations experience, Angelina Eng has focused her career on supporting agencies and brands to define, build and manage digital media and marketing efforts while enabling teams to operationally work efficiently and effectively with both internal and external partners and platforms. She’s been responsible for the development and management of internal systems and workflow, establishment of deliverable standards, designing ad trafficking and tracking guidelines, implementation of emerging platforms, as well as establishing best practices at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Merkle, Dentsu Aegis and Publicis Modem.
Over the years, She has been involved with multiple organizations and events to help define, establish and advocate some of the industry standards that we see in today’s digital media ecosystem (such as ad verification/brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and programmatic, social, etc)
Angelina has been awarded the AdMonsters 2018 Power List, IAB Data Rockstar 2016 and AdMonsters Digital Media Leadership Award 2016.
Ben Plomion is GumGum’s Chief Growth Officer, a newly created executive role responsible for creating value for clients, ensuring product-market fit, developing go-to-market strategy, and elevating customer experience. Ben leads GumGum’s Planning and Sales teams in addition to the award-winning Marketing team that he has led for the past several years as Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to GumGum, Plomion was Head of Marketing for the programmatic advertising company Chango, where he established the business development and marketing organizations and helped guide the firm to its acquisition by Rubicon Project. Earlier, he held a variety of marketing leadership positions at General Electric, where he helmed the company’s global digital media practice.
Plomion is a French native and a graduate of GE’s Experienced Commercial Leadership program and McGill University’s MBA program. He is a regular contributor for Forbes and AdWeek. He lives in Venice Beach with his wife and son, and is an avid surfer and skateboarder.
With over seventeen years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, Orchid Richardson is the Senior Vice President of Digital at Blavity Inc., where she leads the growth of Blavity360º’s Black and multicultural publisher network, increasing revenue for all its members. Her experience as an expert data solution architect and integrator has allowed her to lead initiatives within many prominent media companies, entertainment networks, and publications during her career. Orchid has worked for several other media companies, including BET Networks, Hearst Magazines Digital Media, and 33Across, Inc. At the IAB, Orchid served as the Senior Vice President of IAB’s Programmatic and Data Center (PDC), where she defined the strategic vision and executed the PDC Board of Directors’ agenda. Orchid also established industry-wide standards and business guidelines for the responsible use of data that enabled relevant, personalized, and privacy-compliant consumer experiences. Orchid led industry-wide training on The Data Centric-Organization, providing direction on how to break down a matrix organization through four key areas – people, partnerships, processes, and platforms.
Orchid is actively involved in advertising, having held leadership roles in key industry trade organizations, including Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement and Black MAKERS. Additionally, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is Vice President of the Metro-Manhattan (NY) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and the Westchester Chapter of Jack & Jill of America. Orchid also serves as a board member and fundraising chair of the Ujamaa Community Development Corporation, which has built over $100 million in affordable housing in Westchester County, New York. She is passionate about giving back and helping to unite the community.
Steve is the Senior Vice President, Product and General Manager for Neustar’s Customer Experience LOB, a core part of the Neustar Marketing Intelligence Platform. With a deep technical background and extensive domain knowledge, Silvers is a leading force in global mar tech and ad tech product development.
Steve came to Neustar through the acquisition of Aggregate Knowledge, where he was responsible for much of the differentiating product work behind the IDMP platform including attribution, privacy & compliance, identity resolution and the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
With a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an early career as an engineer, Steve is at home solving complex technical issues with engineering teams. He is a strong leader, an experienced public speaker and an avid sailor.
As Chief Growth Officer, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., Robert is responsible for unlocking new pathways for growth across the company’s family of brands. In this role, he identifies and leads growth initiatives across the organization, including enterprise go-to-market strategies, loyalty programs, and consumer engagement and multi-branded customer strategies.
Robert has over 30 years of experience and a proven track record for igniting revenue growth leveraging digital and marketing strategies. Before joining 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. in February 2020, Robert was a Partner at McKinsey & Co., responsible for leading the marketing performance service line globally and working with large consumer brands to enhance their marketing strategies. Prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Pegasystems and also served as the Managing Director, Head of Digital Marketing at JP Morgan Chase & Co, where he led the worldwide Digital Marketing Group and orchestrated a digital transformation across the bank.
Robert formerly served on the boards for the Association of National Advertisers and the Ad Council.
