Clara Shih is a technology pioneer, entrepreneur, and bestselling author. Nada Bradbury is the Chief Executive Officer at AD-ID, the industry’s pre-eminent advertising
registry. AD-ID provides standardized identity management for ad creatives. Since joining in
January 2023, she has been the chief architect of the company’s transformation to ensure
advertising transparency and accountability in an increasingly digital ecosystem.

She has spent over two decades of her career in senior operating roles including strategy,
product development, marketing and commercial operations in the advertising, measurement
and media industries. Nada has a proven track record of implementing growth strategies,
overseeing complex strategic partnerships and creating value for employees and stakeholders
alike. She has a deep and holistic understanding of media and advertisers and how best to
serve them.

Nada previously served as Global Head of Partnerships at Nielsen where she led Nielsen’s data
initiatives and transformation to a big data first strategy. With deep expertise across identity,
viewing metrics, analytics and data science to support new and existing products and currencies
for customers across a large number of verticals, globally. Prior to that, she led strategy and
measurement products at NielsenIQ (previously known as ACNielsen).

Currently, Nada serves on the Advisory Board for the IAB Tech Lab Advanced TV Initiative.

Aaron Brown is Chief Scientist at Madhive, a full-stack programmatic advertising platform engineered for modern TV advertising. Aaron leads Madhive’s advanced innovation division, Mad Labs. He has degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Law, and lives in New York City.

As the Chief Connectivity & Ecosystem Officer at LiveRamp, Travis Clinger leads activation partnerships spanning martech, commerce, customer service, along with the company’s global digital advertising ecosystem strategy: driving strategic initiatives, advancing global partnerships, and overseeing the business development and go-to-market strategies for key addressability and activations products and initiatives.

Jonah Goodhart is the Co-Founder of Mobian and Montauk Labs. Previously, Jonah was the Co-Founder and CEO of Moat (acquired by Oracle) and founding investor in Right Media (acquired by Yahoo). Jonah is also a partner in WGI Group, an investment group with over 100 investments in the technology space.

Dr. Chris Hazard is co-founder and CTO of Howso, provider of understandable and privacy-enhancing AI. Chris spun Howso out of Hazardous Software, a company he founded in 2007 that focuses on decision support, visualization, and simulation for hard strategy problems in large organizations, DoD, and government. Chris holds a PhD in computer science from NC State, with focus on artificial intelligence for trust and reputation. He was a software architect of CDMA infrastructure at Motorola, worked on robot coordination and logistics at Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics), is an active member of the CompTIA AI Advisory Council, and advised NATO on cyber security policies. He has led simulation, serious gaming, and software projects related to cyber security, social engineering, logistics, economics, and psychology, and is a certified hypnotist. Dr. Hazard is also known for his 2011 game Achron, which won GameSpot’s Best Original Game Mechanic award, and for his research on AI/ML, privacy, game design, and human-computer interaction. He has given keynote speeches at major events, delivered technical talks at over 200 conferences, and been featured in mainstream media such as The New York Times.

Chris Kane started Jounce Media in 2015 to bring a unique combination of deep ad tech expertise and platform independence to programmatic buyers and sellers. Jounce Media partners with advertisers, publishers, and ad tech providers to customize off-the-shelf technology systems to solve specific marketing problems.

Chris was previously Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO at AOL, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the management team. Prior to AOL, Chris managed a portfolio of enterprise accounts at Turn, a leading demand-side platform and data management platform. He started his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he focused on the converging media and technology sectors.

Anthony Katsur is a digital media veteran with more than twenty-five years of executive leadership at the intersection of technology innovation, business strategy, and growth. As Chief Executive Officer for IAB Tech Lab, Katsur is responsible for overseeing product, engineering, membership, and operations teams for the digital advertising industry’s global technical standards-setting organization.

Katsur has previously held business and technology leadership positions at companies including DoubleClick, MediaMath, Rubicon, Sonoboi, and most recently Nexstar Media Group, and more. A sought-after speaker, he has appeared at events including the National Association of Broadcasters, AdAge’s Brand Summit, and Advertising Week and has been quoted in AdAge, Adweek, AdExchanger, Digiday and The Wall Street Journal.

Dan Kirchgessner leads global privacy strategy for TikTok. This includes building privacy controls for users, adapting advertising solutions to new regulations, and incubating a suite of privacy-enhancing technologies.

Andrew is product manager at Decentriq, leading their media & advertising data clean room products built on trusted execution environments. Since 2018, his focus is on researching and creating solutions around privacy-enhancing technology (PET). In his previous role as Research Scientist at Meta, he co-created several major PET initiatives, including the Private Matching for Compute protocol and the Private Lift Measurement product. He also led integrations for the MTA Partnership Program and specific outreach programs at the IAB Tech Lab and the W3C. Before Meta, Andrew worked on MMM consulting, financial fraud prevention, and experimental nuclear physics.

Rowena brings years of experience in product development of ad-supported casual games on mobile and web. Most recently, she led product at Jump Ramp Games where she was responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the consumer-facing mobile apps. This included the development and launch of several games, supporting internal tools, and ad monetization services. In addition to product leadership, Rowena also has a background in digital marketing. In her spare time, Rowena enjoys trying out new recipes and traveling.

As CTO at Scanbuy, Marc is focused on making machine learning both understandable and trustworthy. He is driven by his past experiences in identity management and information privacy. His passionate belief is that AI and humanity will thrive when predictions made by machine learning algorithms can be mathematically explained.


He had a front-row seat at the creation of the wireless Web, working alongside very talented and inspirational people who nurtured an enthusiasm to invent. His teams were first-movers in such ground-breaking solutions as location-based services, identity federation, app stores and mobile advertising.


Along the journey he has acquired knowledge in data wrangling, machine learning, mobility, identity, privacy, network and cloud technologies and does everything he can to stay in the technology vanguard.

Brian May is a Principal Engineer at Dstillery, focused on industry collaborations to improve the web through the development of privacy-respecting alternatives to legacy technologies, particularly those supporting AdTech. He is an active participant and contributor in a number of groups within IAB Tech Lab, Prebid, and the W3C. With nearly four decades of tech experience – in roles ranging from engineer to architect to CTO and founder – and close to two decades in AdTech, Brian brings a deep and broad understanding, and unique engineer’s perspective of the commercial web, to bear on his efforts. His experience, and a career-long preoccupation with making effective use of data, provide a robust foundation for making meaningful contributions to the evolution of the web. He is deeply appreciative of Dstillery for sharing his passion for improving the web and supporting his full-time efforts to do so.

Bosko is a seasoned technology entrepreneur who has spent the last two decades developing advertising and marketing technology products and leading teams. He co-founded Optable in May 2020 in order to help innovative companies manage customer data.

Bosko started his career as a systems developer in the telecommunications industry, and spent several years as an active contributor of open-source operating system and networking software. Bosko was also co-founder and CTO of AdGear; an adtech company acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2016. He subsequently led global teams of product managers and engineers at Samsung Advertising through several years of triple digit revenue growth.

He lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife and three young girls and is a Computer Engineering alumnus of McGill University.

Miguel is an experienced full stack engineer focusing on product development, architecture, and agile processes. He specializes in building for large-scale systems, data management platforms, and decentralized cryptographic protocols.

Miguel has a deep expertise in all aspects of the ad tech ecosystem, especially mobile and programmatic-driven initiatives.

Jared joins the IAB Tech Lab team to support the product development of privacy and addressability standards. Prior to joining Tech Lab, Jared spent the past decade at Dstillery and Permutive building products for both the buy and sell sides of the advertising ecosystem. Jared is a native Philadelphian with a shameless passion for the Eagles and all things Philly sports, and attended the University of Maryland which turned him into an avid Terrapin fan. In his spare time, you can find Jared in the mountains skiing, hiking, or camping.

Michael Palmer is originally from a small town in upstate New York. As an undergraduate at Vassar College he majored in history and political science and holds advanced degrees from Cornell, Harvard and the Stern School of Business. Prior to settling into a career in software development, Michael had previously worked a wide variety of jobs, including being a college lecturer, a wilderness guide and a factory shift manager. After working for several years as a software product manager for a clinical trial software, Michael helped found a small business intelligence company, where he ran operations. After selling and successfully exiting this company, Michael joined GroupM via Xaxis where he has worked for the last five years in several technology-related roles. He is currently GroupM’s global Vice President for Emerging Technologies.

John has been at the forefront of advertising technology for the entirety of his career, currently serving as Regional President, Americas at Adform. He boasts nearly three decades of experience formulating commercial strategy and operational structure to maximize revenue through media, technology and advertising services in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Adform, John served in executive and leadership roles at Viamedia, Simulmedia, Innovid, HealthiNation, BlackArrow (Cadent) and 24/7 Real Media, now trading as Xaxis.

Gruia Pitigoi-Aron is the Senior Vice President of Product for The Trade Desk. In his role, Gruia oversees teams that are responsible for all product management, user experience, and enterprise solutions at TTD. Closely working with all internal Trade Desk business teams, engineering, clients, and partners is a common theme as they aim to ship the right product at the right time with global impact and scale.

Prior to joining the Trade Desk, Gruia spent 10 years at Microsoft as a Product Manager in various capacities, while working on Outlook.com/Hotmail, Windows Live Agents, and BizTalk Server. The general focus was always on core parts of the systems, with the largest amount of time spent scaling and managing Hotmail’s ever increasing storage infrastructure.

Gruia received his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California: Los Angeles, and his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science for the University of California: Berkeley. He is based in the Trade Desk’s offices in San Jose, CA.

Kanishk Prasad is a lead product management director at The Trade Desk. In this role, Kanishk focuses on Unified ID 2.0 and other identity solutions for the open internet. Prior to joining The Trade Desk, he previously worked at Microsoft and Facebook.

Kanishk holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and lives in Seattle with his family.

Dan has 30+ years’ experience in developing technology that connects people, with a particular focus on market disruption and innovation. Dan has served in executive leadership roles in Silicon Labs, NXP, Atheros, Qualcomm, Ruckus Networks and Facebook/Meta. Dan joined Meta in 2018 to lead Facebook Connectivity, a team focused on bringing more people online at faster speeds and changing the telecom industry through the Telecom Infra Project. Dan is now supporting a team developing and sustaining data center hardware and AI systems.

Mathieu Roche is the Co-founder and CEO of ID5. He co-founded the business in 2017, after spending over 10 years at European data specialist Weborama, where he led international development and launched the DMP offering worldwide. During his time at Weborama, the company experienced exceptional growth, establishing itself in a dozen countries and growing from 3 to 30 million euros in revenues.

With ID5, Mathieu Roche materialises his vision of helping Ad Tech and publishers to compete against the “walled gardens” who dominate digital advertising. ID5’s mission is to provide a privacy-first identity infrastructure empowering publishers to grow sustainable advertising revenue.

Mathieu graduated from Institut Commercial de Nancy and holds a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He lives in London since 2011 with his wife and 3 daughters.

Jon Roggen is the head of TikTok US Data Security’s (USDS) Security Risk & Compliance org. USDS was established to safeguard protected US user data. Jon’s org is responsible for working cross-functionally across USDS, global TikTok and ByteDance to educate the business on compliant data handling and sharing practices. Jon’s team helps enforce industry standard security controls mitigating the risk associated with safeguarding protected US user data.

Marika Roque is a top expert in digital media, data, and organizational infrastructures, recognized with over 15 years of professional leadership experience. Previous to KERV, Marika worked as the vice president of digital operations for Mass2, a division of multi-billion-dollar corporation Nexstar Digital LLC. Prior to Mass2, Marika served as vice president of digital media activation at LIN Digital.
Marika has held senior-level positions for leading advertising agencies in the Austin, Texas area including Sizmek and GSD&M. She also spent years in Chicago working for FCB Global and Starcom MediaVest Group. While at Starcom, Marika was recognized for her involvement in the creation of the first agency-side programmatic pipelines and what the industry now refers to as an agency trading desk.
Marika holds a Bachelor’s in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, which she achieved while also participating as a former D1 collegiate athlete.

Wilfried Schobeiri is the chief technology officer at Ogury and key member of the executive committee. He spearheads and executes the company’s strategic vision for its technology, further developing its cookieless and ID-less solution at a pivotal time for the industry.

Schobeiri has extensive experience in the tech industry, where he has spent over 20 years leading the development of large scale, global distributed technologies and scaling high-performance product development teams. Before joining Ogury, Schobeiri served as chief technology officer at fintech and data infrastructure company Banyan. Before that, he was SVP, chief product officer at Revantage, where he led product development efforts for Blackstone’s real estate data platform. Schobeiri also worked at ad tech company MediaMath, where he rose to become chief technology officer and chief product officer – spearheading the product development and technology strategy globally, while serving as the lead for MediaMath’s API and data platforms, which proved instrumental in achieving significant commercial growth.

In addition, Schobeiri previously served as a board member of the IAB Tech Lab, where he contributed to the creation of the IAB Europe’s Transparency & Consent Framework – giving the advertising ecosystem a common language to communicate consumer choices around data processing for advertising. He has also been an advisory board member for a number of ad tech and data companies.

Shailley brings several years of product management experience in Digital advertising at Yahoo and Say Media building products for Mobile advertising, Ad Operations, Targeting solutions and integrating data platforms. Shailley has supported and worked with multiple IAB initiatives in the past namely MRAID and Mobile Rising Stars specifications.

At Yahoo, he worked on creating innovative ad experiences for mobile and tablet platforms as well as native formats. Shailley has a diverse background as a product leader, consultant and entrepreneur building and sustaining high performing teams at both large organizations as well as venture funded startups like Paypal, Yahoo, Say Media, Serus, Accenture, PwC. By way of qualifications, Shailley has an MBA and Chemical engineering degree.

Kale Smith manages the privacy products at Roku, spanning across ad integrity, consent management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Roku, Kale led the privacy and identity strategy at Nielsen, tackling cookieless attribution and GDPR requirements to support a diverse range of global clients from television broadcasters, tech giants, and digital-native publishers. His experience launching Nielsen’s first CTV measurement platform has given him valuable insight into the intricacies of the shifting digital ecosystem and the challenges it faces. He lives in New York and holds an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from Cornell University, where he worked in a behavioral economics lab researching the valuation of privacy.

Artur is an experienced leader of Meta’s Business Engineering team, which he has been a part of for the last 11 years. His team of externally-facing engineers architect cutting-edge solutions that deliver maximum value to global businesses, leveraging technology to optimize Meta’s marketing efforts. Artur holds a degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil) and has a background working with companies like IBM and Nokia. Notable solutions he has helped build include the Custom Audiences API, Pixel Helper tool, Facebook Marketing APIs, Lead Ads, Dynamic Product Ads and Conversions API Gateway.

Amit is a Director of Product Management on the Privacy Sandbox. As part of the Privacy Sandbox, he is helping shape the future with new, more private advertising solutions that help protect the user’s identity while still giving apps and their partners technologies they can use to deliver relevant ads to users. He has spent over a decade in the digital advertising space working with adtech, advertisers, and publishers to help develop new and innovative solutions to achieve advertising objectives.

Rashi Verma is a Senior Product Manager on Google Marketing Platform. She leads privacy transformation and audiences for Display and Video 360. Before Google, Rashi was a strategist and product manager leading the development of decision management solutions across investment analytics, risk management, underwriting, pricing, marketing and distribution. Her experience spans financial services and retail/CPG industries at AIG, BlackRock, and Applied Predictive Technologies (now Mastercard Advisors). Rashi has a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Bill has been a leader in innovation, sustainable development, climate change, and the circular economy for over three decades. A lifelong intra- and entrepreneur, Bill has worked with startups, corporations, investors, governments, and NGOs to create sustainable enterprises. In addition to being a leader of three Bay Area startups, Bill was the Vice President, Innovation for Veolia Environnement, where he co-founded and led the Veolia Innovation Accelerator and worked with all of Veolia’s business divisions (water, waste, energy, and transportation) to enhance their services through technological and business innovations worldwide. Bill currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Council on Competitiveness, the lead climate advisor to Ad Net Zero (including US co-chair of the behavior change working group) and the World Federation of Advertisers, a member of Princeton’s Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and an advisor to variety of client organizations through his firm BrainOxygen LLC.

Bill has extensive international experience, having worked on five continents in four languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian), and lived in Italy, Brazil, Mexico, and India. Bill has served as an advisor to organizations including the Romanian, Italian, Mexican, Brazilian, and U.S. governments, UNIDO, International Finance Corporation, the Sustainable Performance Group Investment Fund, PROPEL Board of Directors, The Conference Board, The Pew Center on Global Climate Change, The Institute of the Americas, FUNDES, the World Resources Institute, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, New Jersey Environmental Lobby board of directors, and NASA LAUNCH. He was the WRI/WBSCD Greenhouse Gas Protocol subgroup leader on boundaries (leading to the creation of Scope 3), and his vision to leverage the power of the advertising sector to promote climate action has been widely featured in op-eds, international conference presentations, and industry best practice documents.

Bill has a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon (“The Influence of Organizational Factors on the Effectiveness of Environmental Management”) and BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton. He is an active mentor to entrepreneurs and is the author of a children’s picture book series on climate change.

Jill Wittkopp is the Vice President, Product at the IAB Tech Lab, a global consortium for technical standards in the digital advertising industry. Prior to joining the IAB Tech Lab, Jill worked on the buy side of programmatic advertising with companies like MyBuys, Magnetic and Rakuten. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, Dearborn and lives in San Francisco, California.
