This hands-on workshop will move beyond the high-level issues to focus on how organizations can govern adtech in practice. We’ll explore the legal, operational, and litigation risks, and deep dive into the emerging space across agentic commerce and AI-enabled programmatic advertising. We will talk about AI-enabled tools, data use, targeting and measurement, and associated risks.
Through real-world scenarios and guided discussion, we’ll identify practical ways to assess risk, oversee vendors, document decisions, and build accountability across advertising and analytics programs. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the challenges ahead and practical steps for strengthening adtech governance.
