Award Presented at the IAB Annual Membership Meeting in New York City
New York, NY – November 3, 1999 – Highlighting its annual membership meeting in New York at the @d:tech New York digital marketing conference, the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) has announced that Lot21 has been named “Agency of the Year.” The award recognizes creativity in the use of online advertising.
The prestigious award was presented at the IAB membership luncheon on a day that also saw the election on seven new members to the IAB Board of Directors and the release of the IAB second quarter 1999 Ad Revenue Report which is conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Earlier this year, at its West Coast membership meeting, the IAB recognized First USA as its “Marketer Of The Year”.

Selected by the IAB Board of Directors, criteria for the “Agency of the Year” award included; global capabilities, client roster and client acquisition, approach to online media – the integration to overall marketing strategy, utilization of rich media, research initiatives and involvement in and support of the industry as a whole.
