The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) takes effect January 1, 2020 and will have profound implications on the digital advertising industry.

Use this Roadmap as both a desk reference and compliance tool to help your organization prepare for when CCPA takes effect. Also, we expect the Roadmap to become a place where industry lawyers can crowdsource their thoughts and interpretations about specific statutory provisions.
