IAB Annual Leadership Meeting FAQs and Event Information

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

IAB does not require proof of vaccination to attend our events. However, we strongly recommend that in-person attendees be vaccinated, and that you stay home if symptomatic. Review the IAB’s Event and COVID-19 Policy and Code of Conduct for more information.

GENERAL

• What’s the Wi-Fi info?

  Network: Onyx by Outbrain Password:DriveAttention (case sensitive)

• Where is there a quiet space for a meeting or a quick call?

  The pre-function space outside Banyan Ballroom and Calusa Ballroom has seating pods.

• Where are the sessions located?

  All sessions are on level 3. Specific rooms are noted in the session description

• Is there an outlet somewhere where I can charge my phone or laptop?

  There are power outlets within the Calusa Foyer. We recommend bringing a backup charger.

• Will the event be streamed?

  No, ALM is all about in person connections and rolling up our sleeves to solve problems. We will not be streaming the content.

• Will you have VOD?

  Limited session will be available on VOD for registered attendees following the event. Breakout Sessions, Town Halls and Tracks sessions are not recorded.

• Can I have a printed agenda?

  No, to be more sustainable, we will not have printed agendas. Please download the IAB Events app to view the agenda.

• How do I download the IAB Events Mobile App?

  Search the App Store or Google Play for IAB Events or click this link from your mobile device: https://www.iab.com/download-my-iab-mobile-app/

• How do I provide feedback?

  We encourage you to rate sessions within the app. A survey will also be sent to you post event for your feedback.

• How can I get copies of the presentations?

  We do not provide copies of the presentation decks. Approved main stage session recordings will be available on iab.com in mid-February.

• Do you provide the attendee list?

  No, but please go to the attendee section in the mobile app to learn about your fellow attendees.

SUSTAINABILITY

• How is IAB working to minimize its environmental impact during ALM?
  • IAB will have water stations throughout the conference space.

• How can I support these sustainability efforts?
  • IAB encourages ALM attendees to BYOB, bring your own reusable water bottle vs using single use plastic water bottles.

  • Carpool to/from the airport
  • Limit housekeeping and reuse towels, when possible

• How do I bid?

  Please visit the Osprey Foyer, Level 2, for auction items and instructions on how to bid.

VENUE AND TRAVEL

• Where is the event located?

  JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort
  400 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145

• Is there a hotel room block?

  The ALM 2024 room block is sold out at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. Should there be any cancelations at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, rooms may become available at the hotels’ current rate. You can check availability and rates here. We have also compiled a list of nearby hotels here.

• When does ALM start?

  ALM begins on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at 3:00PM and ends on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024, at 12:00PM

• Is there transportation from the airport to the venue?

  Attendees are expected to arrange their own transportation. We recommend using Naples Transportation & Tours- click here. Taxi and ride shares are also available.

• What activities and restaurants does the hotel have to offer?

  We encourage all attendees to join the ALM hosted activities and meal functions, but if you are extending your stay, please find the dining options here and fun in the sun activities here.

  • Pick up in Calusa Foyer, Level 3
  • Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:30pm- Pick up your credentials early to avoid the queue!
  • Monday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• I can no longer attend ALM- what are my options?
  • Please review the cancellation policy found in your confirmation email and IAB’s Event and COVID-19 Policy and Code of Conduct
  • You can also transfer your ticket to a colleague from your organization.

IAB EVENTS APP

• What is the IAB Events App?

  The IAB Events app is the easiest way to access ALM event information from the palm of your hand. With this app, registered attendees can stay informed, review detailed agendas and speakers for each day, and easily update and share their attendee profiles and connect with fellow attendees. You can also review the event floor plan and access downloadable content as it becomes available!

• Where can I download the IAB Events App?

  The IAB Events app is available on both iOS and Android. For iOS, please visit the Apple store here: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1326343927 . For Android, please visit the Play Store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iab.portal.

  Sign in with your IAB account credentials. You can always reset your password on IAB.com or directly in the IAB Events app.

• Why can’t I see ALM 2024?

  Please ensure the IAB Events app is updated to the latest version. You may do this by going into your app settings and selecting to update. Once you update your app, please restart and log-in using your credentials. Please ensure you log-in with the same credentials you used to purchase your pass for ALM.

• Why can’t I log in?

  IAB recently launched an improved login experience for IAB.COM and the IAB Events App. Please reset your password following the directions here: Exciting News: Introducing our New Single Sign-On (SSO) for IAB.COM!

• How do I update my profile?

  Go to the “Attendees” tab. Click on your profile. Click on the 3 dots at the top of the page and select “Edit Attendee Profile”. Make any changes or upload a profile picture. Click “Update Profile”.

• Where can I find the attendee list?

  While IAB does not share the attendees list, under the “attendees” tab in “IAB Events” app, you can interact with your fellow attendees. To see the” attendees” tab, you must be registered for ALM and logged into the app with the same IAB credentials used to register for ALM. Once you’re logged in, click on the home button on the bottom left and click on IAB Annual Leadership Meeting 2024. Scroll to the right to see the attendee tab.

• I still cannot access the IAB Events App!
