Global Head of Publisher Strategy & Business Development, Scott Bender leads Prohaska Consulting’s efforts in helping publishers evolve their digital operations to increase revenue. He also oversees the growth of Prohaska Consulting’s client base.

Scott has a wealth of publisher and digital executive experience. At Bazaarvoice Media, as SVP, Global Media Sales, he oversaw sales and maintained relationships with demand side clients.

Scott served as SVP, Sales & Business Development for IGN Entertainment; VP, Sales at Fox Entertainment and Fox News.com; and National Sales Manager at CNN. Before joining Prohaska Consulting, he was EVP, General Manager, at Glassnetic, where he headed the company’s work in facilitating marketers’ ability to engage with relevant digital vendors.

Scott holds a J.D. and B.A in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Now in her twelfth year at Google, Carissa Kidd has spent the past decade leveling up within the company. She launched her career in ad sales, selling the company’s suite of advertising products to Fortune 100 B2B companies. From there, she pivoted to the publisher side to manage some of Google’s largest search syndication partnerships with ISP’s and portals. In her current role as Revenue Lead, she works with top partners within the broadcast media and entertainment industries, providing strategic analysis and expert recommendations that enable publishers to maximize their revenue from digital advertising across all digital platforms, including emerging video devices. Additionally, Carissa serves on the the Leadership Team of Women@Google, the employee resource group within Google’s Global Partnerships Organization. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Human and Organizational Development and Mathematics and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Amrita started her career at Google as Technical Account Manager for partners in the News and Publishing industry. In this role, she partnered with top publishers in the industry to ensure consistent revenue growth in digital advertising space through effective optimizations in Google Ad Manager. Today, Amrita works closer to the product and is mainly focussed on programmatic channels of ad serving. In this role, she works closely with the product team to incorporate client feedback on improving the Ad Manager functionalities and educates clients on yield maximization techniques offered by the Ad Manager. She graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelor in Computer Science and holds an MBA from Indiana University.
