IAB’s Unifying and Harmonizing Campaign Taxonomy provides a unified standard for how measurement data is structured, classified, and reported across digital media. In this workshop, participants will learn how to define the core inputs and outputs at the campaign and placement level to create consistent taxonomies for channels, devices, and ad formats across CTV, display, social, commerce media, digital audio, podcasting, and gaming.
This workshop is designed for professionals in: Ad Operations, Business Operations, Creative & Content, Media Buying/Planning, Measurement & Analytics, and Product.
This virtual 90-minute session will include instructor facilitation, engagement activities, and a downloaded resource guide for attendees.
Ben is a graduate of Temple University’s journalism program and has worked in both the publishing industry and higher education as a Digital Producer/Instructional Designer. He specializes in synthesizing complicated information to create approachable and dynamic e-learning content. Ben grew up on a dairy farm in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Union City, New Jersey, with his wife and dog. In his free time, Ben spends his time playing basketball, hiking, cooking, and agonizing over Philadelphia sports.
Matthew leads IAB’s initiatives to bring professional development and education opportunities to industry professionals. Prior to joining IAB, Matthew shepherded precision marketing growth initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, and led global partner relationships w/ Meta and X (Twitter), for Omnicom’s Nissan United. Matthew is focused on providing the industry with both foundational digital media knowledge in a rapidly change landscape and offering practical applications of IAB’s standards, best practices, and guidelines to help professionals in their day-to-day roles.
