Alice Abatzis Nasi is the EVP and Chief Privacy Officer at Paramount Global, where she leads the development and execution of global data privacy strategies across all divisions. In this capacity, Alice is responsible for ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, managing risks related to personal information, and integrating privacy initiatives into business operations. She provides strategic leadership for Paramount’s Privacy Program, which includes safeguarding consumer and employee data, overseeing privacy impact assessments, managing privacy rights, and maintaining robust data governance practices. Additionally, Alice ensures that Paramount’s cybersecurity program aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, addressing emerging cyber threats and guiding the company through complex cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Prior to her current role, Alice served as Vice President of International Legal Affairs at CBS, where she handled legal matters related to digital content distribution, advertising, and privacy for CBS Digital properties such as CBS News Digital, Paramount+, and CBS Sports HQ. She also managed legal affairs for CBS’s international operations across Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
A native of southern France, Alice holds a law degree and a master’s in EU Law from Aix-Marseilles University (France), as well as an L.L.M. in Comparative International Law from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the New York and California Bars and is certified as a privacy professional (IAPP/US and IAPP/E).
