The first half of 2018 has demonstrated just how quickly the Advanced TV space is expanding and evolving—forcing the industry to adapt along with it. Meanwhile, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships are happening more frequently indicating a maturing of the space, bringing potential for new levels of scale and signaling that Advanced TV is not only here to stay, but could soon be one of the most critical components of any marketer’s advertising budget.
With these events as a backdrop, the IAB Video Center of Excellence Advanced TV Committee Meeting will be meeting via conference call on Tuesday, August 7th from 4-5:30pm EST. Please join us for a group discussion of the above trends and a discussion of the current state of Advanced TV led by Brian Schwartz, IAB’s new Director of Video. We’ll discuss the recently launched Advanced TV Attribution Working Group, potential future areas of focus for the committee as well as an update from the IAB Tech Lab.
