Carolin shapes the strategic success vision of 1plusX. She’s responsible for driving long-term customer relationships and revenue growth through retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Before joining 1plusX, Carolin was Head of Data Products at the leading digital publishing house, Axel Springer. That’s where she first came into contact with the 1plusX platform, on the client-side, and was so impressed she jumped ship and came to work for us!
As General Manager E-Commerce & Advertising, Robert Blanck is responsible for all activities related to the user, website, and advertising that go beyond traditional ad sales. In his more than ten years at BILD and the Axel Springer media brands, he has developed new, sustainable business models, for example, through the founding of the BILD Shop, the monetization of users despite adblockers or the development and introduction of TCF 2.0. His expertise in assessing the commercial consequences of technical and regulatory changes in the market keeps him very busy on the issues of GDPR, ePrivacy, Google Privacy Sandbox, and a customized data strategy. In addition, Robert Blanck is part of many different national and international associations and working groups dealing with the exciting challenges of changing the advertising ecosystem.
As Senior Vice President of Addressability and Ecosystem at LiveRamp, Travis is responsible for leading the company’s global digital advertising ecosystem strategy: leading strategic initiatives, advancing global partnerships, and overseeing the business development and go-to-market strategies for key addressability products and initiatives. The Authenticated Traffic Solution is one such product, enabling publishers to link their first party identity to IdentityLink and then connect to the IdentityLink infrastructure LiveRamp has built across partner platforms to enable marketers to buy and measure on IdentityLink. Travis is a co-founder and Board Member of the Advertising ID Consortium, advocating for people-based identifiers to be transacted across the open Internet. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Travis was a director at Epic Systems responsible for implementing systems that managed sensitive healthcare information. Travis holds a BA in Political Science from Rollins College.
Paul holds a BSE, EECS from Princeton University, an MS in Computer Science from John Hopkins University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Alex is a product manager on the Privacy Sandbox team at Google. Prior to Google he co-founded Coir, an ads privacy learning platform, led privacy and addressability standards making at IAB Tech Lab, and held product management roles overseeing privacy, ad creative, video ad serving and more at AppNexus/Xandr. Insider named him one of “14 experts from companies like Google and The Washington Post who are determining the future of digital advertising.”

Julien Delhommeau is a Staff System Architect at Xandr, in his role he acts as a bridge between product management and engineering teams to ensure product releases reflect end customer needs. Julien leverages his strong technical background and market expertise to help Xandr build and execute its strategy around identity, data privacy and audience. Julien has actively been involved in several IAB task forces, most recently on the IAB’s transparency & consent framework and privacy sandbox task force.
Benjamin Dick is Global Lead, Data Collaboration & Interoperability at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He drives the development of cloud-based measurement and interoperability solutions for advertising & marketing customers by leveraging privacy-enhancing tools and other technology primitives. Ben brings 15 years of experience from various industry roles. Prior to joining AWS, he served as VP of Product – Privacy, Identity & Addressability at IAB Tech Lab, where he worked closely with ad tech platforms, agencies, and publishers to develop new industry standards aimed at navigating collaboration challenges stemming from emerging privacy laws and broader data deprecation. Prior to joining IAB Tech Lab, Ben was responsible for programmatic trading at GroupM for Nestlé’s 85 brand portfolio across the US, Canada and Mexico. He also developed programmatic and attribution strategies for clients including MasterCard, NBC Universal, Barclays, and Harvard Business School. He lives in Brooklyn with his partner Kate and their Swiss Mountain Dog Billie.
Pierre leads the charge for global partnerships at Lotame. Pierre brings his creative technologist and product leader experience to identifying and executing strategic partnerships that enhance Lotame’s audience management, data enrichment and identity solutions. Prior to Lotame, Pierre founded custom interactive digital video company nTangle, held numerous roles as a game design lead, and in another life was a stage actor and producer in New York City.
Townsend Feehan is CEO of IAB Europe. Prior to joining IAB Europe, Townsend worked for Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs in Brussels and ran EU industry associations in the ICT, consumer electronics and biotechnology sectors. Townsend has an M. Phil. in European policy from the law faculty of the University of Edinburgh.
Christopher Hogg leads Lotame’s EMEA commercial business, developing strong relationships with enterprise marketers, digital advertising agencies, and media companies. Chris’ consultative approach is informed by nearly two decades of adtech experience and fluency in data enrichment and identity solutions. Prior to Lotame, Chris sat on the other side of the desk as a client evaluating, acquiring, and implementing various technologies for global companies like Independent News and Media, France Telecom – Wanadoo / Orange UK and Unanimis. Chris credits his leadership success to understanding what his clients care about in order to be the best partner possible.
Cadi Jones is Commercial Director EMEA for Beeswax, which enables sophisticated ad buyers to maximise their results from a customisable programmatic platform. In January 2021 Beeswax was acquired by Comcast for FreeWheel.
Prior to joining Beeswax, Cadi worked for Clear Channel Outdoor’s international division, where she was primarily responsible for defining its international programmatic strategy and deployment – a key initiative in the company’s technology-led digital transformation.
Before joining Clear Channel, Cadi was Global Sales Director of premium publisher alliance, the Pangaea Alliance (FT, Guardian, CNN, Reuters, The Economist), following an eight year stint at Yahoo where she held a variety of roles, including Audience & Programmatic Director, Northern Europe. Internationally, she has headed Yahoo’s programmatic activity with US clients in the FMCG, travel and entertainment sectors, and set up the company’s performance display and programmatic offering across the Middle East.
Cadi has an MA and BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and is fluent in French and Spanish. She is also a supporter for diversity and women in the media, mentors female talent and is an active member of a number of industry organisations, including Bloom.
Scott joined ID5 in April 2018 and is the Co-founder and SVP, Customer Operations and Product. He works closely with customers to understand their challenges with identity, then designs product and services solutions that will benefit platforms, publishers, and consumers.
Prior to ID5, Scott spent almost 8 years at AppNexus where he led Services and Product Teams. While at AppNexus, he led the team that built Prebid.js, managed the technical and product deliverables for AppNexus’ most strategic client, and ran several product capabilities
Paul Ryan is the chief technology officer at OpenX where he oversees the company’s technology and product development. He leads a global team of more than 150 engineers, data scientists and product managers tasked with fostering the development of new, innovative programmatic technology.
Prior to OpenX, Paul held CTO roles at Yellow Pages Group, Leads360, and Overture. During his time at Overture, Paul was principally responsible for engineering the world’s first high-scale auction-based market for the web, an innovation that established the foundation of today’s $45 billion programmatic marketplace.
Paul holds a BSE, EECS from Princeton University, an MS in Computer Science from John Hopkins University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Achim is a member of the executive board at the European netID Foundation. As CTO he is responsible for the products (netID) around Single Sign-on and Consent Management / Addressability and drives their strategic development. He is an expert in privacy technology related matters as well as their real life implementation at scale.
Achim graduated at RWTH Aachen as a computer scientist, following that he worked a longer timeframe at big European cooperation’s, always focusing on data driven topics with increasing level of leadership. Prior his current role he worked as a senior manager at KPMG where he played a major role in building up the business around data-driven technologies – namely the national and global setup and operation of the KPMG Lighthouse, Center of Excellence for data driven technologies. Before joining KPMG he worked at ParStream (part of the Cisco IoT division today) – a Cupertino based Big Data Startup – leading both product development as well as the global consulting/technical sales teams.
Linda Thielová serves as Head of Privacy CoE, DPO at OneTrust – the #1 most widely used privacy, security, and trust technology platform. In her role, Linda provides guidance on GDPR, ePrivacy, and global privacy-related obligations to support customers and product innovation and is responsible for overseeing OneTrust’s data protection strategy and implementation to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements. She also conducts training and workshops on the global privacy landscape and regularly contributes to various publications and conferences. Linda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US) and earned a Master’s in Law and Legal Science from Masaryk University Brno.
