Scott Saperstein and Matt Duckor, Condé Nast

Scott Saperstein is the Vice President, Head of Video Sales, at Condé Nast where he oversees the company’s video advertising sales for iconic brands like Allure, AD, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Glamour, GQ, The New Yorker, Pitchfork, SELF, Vanity Fair, Vogue / Teen Vogue and WIRED.Prior to Condé Nast, Saperstein was the VP of New Business Development for Viacom where he managed a team of “hunters” responsible for the generation of new business ad sales revenue on all Viacom Music & Entertainment Networks / Platforms (linear, digital, social, data targeting, on-the-ground, mobile, licensing, CRM) nationwide.

Prior to his time at Viacom, Saperstein held sales and marketing leadership positions at Microsoft (MSN), Phase2Media, DLJdirect and Modem Media.

Scott is a board member of the IAB Digital Video Center of Excellence. Scott is a graduate of Cornell University (GO BIG RED!) with a BS in Communications and has his MBA from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business.

Scott is also a co-chair at HelpUsAdopt.org, a national non-profit 501(c)(3) financial assistance grant program providing qualified couples and individuals – regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, marital status, or sexual orientation – with grants toward their domestic, international, foster, or special needs adoption expenses. Since 2007, HelpUsAdopt.org has awarded 306 adoption grants totaling over $2.7 million.

Matthew Duckor is Vice President, Video at Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE). CNE is an award-winning next generation studio and distribution network with entertainment content across film, television, premium digital video, social, and virtual reality.

In his role, Duckor oversees the video programs at Bon Appétit, Epicurious, Architectural Digest and Condé Nast Traveler. He has produced highly-popular franchises, such as “Kids Try,” “Gourmet Makes,” “Working 24 Hours At,” and “It’s Alive with Brad” for Bon Appétit, “Price Points” for Epicurious, “Open Door” for Architectural Digest, and “Culturally Speaking” for Condé Nast Traveler. Duckor also oversees programming for Bon Appétit’s OTT streaming channel.

Duckor joined the Condé Nast team in 2011 as the Multimedia Editor at Bon Appétit where he launched the brand’s video programming, while contributing to the print magazine and website. In 2014, he became the senior editor for Epicurious and launched the brand’s digital video library by building the programming from the ground up.

Prior to Condé Nast, Duckor collaborated with Ben Leventhal, Eater co-founder and Resy founder, to launch The Feast, a lifestyle site focused on restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. As editor at NBC News, Duckor also conceived, produced and edited all original video, which appeared online, on air and NBC Taxi TV.

Duckor graduated from NYU with a BFA in screenwriting from the Tisch School of the Arts.
