Special Encore Presentation, brought to you by the IAB Inclusion Institute
Women have been particularly affected by the upheaval from the pandemic and many have left the workforce. They are burnt out and exhausted from the ongoing work responsibilities that don’t necessarily fulfill, satisfy, or create happiness. And, a good deal of professional women have attributed their exit to non-inclusive behavior such as discrimination, pay gaps, and toxic work environments. Join Sheryl Goldstein, EVP, Chief Growth Officer at IAB, Laura Lasiter, CEO of Strategy Source, Colleen Riley Eyges, Founder and CEO of Antidote Liquors, and Kristen Standish, Founder and CEO of RazHer Collaborative as they discuss how women are reevaluating and reassessing their lives, their careers, and their priorities… and doing it for themselves.

Kristen Standish serves as Founder & CEO of RazHer Collaborative, a company she founded in 2021. As an accomplished leader in driving sales for a variety of businesses over her career, she believes now is the time to build a “razher” sharp, woman-owned full service marketing agency designed to bring female and minority-founded and mission-driven brands closer to their audience through influencer relations, help them reach more consumers, and increase sales.
While working with many founders and brands, Kristen found so many unique and compelling opportunities to bring great minds together over common interests for further collaboration – a community to “raise her up” was needed. And the RazHer private membership community was born! It launched with RazHer Mind, focused around an interest in books and film, in March 2021. RazHer Glass and RazHer Vibe will follow this year.
In reality, this is what Kristen and her co-founders Lisa Bell, chief marketing officer, and Sonia Garufi, chief marketing officer, have been doing their whole career – recognizing and supporting the women around them and their businesses. They accelerate businesses, help them network, create jobs amongst each other and collaborate so everyone’s business or passion project benefits.
A single mom to 11-year old Abigail and a creative and quantitative “deal maker,” Kristen believes female leaders are the future and stands by these core values and beliefs:
Be authentic.
Get behind something you love, and you are passionate about.
Empower and promote other women.
Don’t ask permission, take risks.
Do not be intimidated by raising capital.
Kristen is a WBZ NewsRadio guest host on Cindy Stumpo’s Tough as Nails radio show and podcast, and has appeared on CNN, CNBC, The Big Orange Couch and Mass Conference for Women.
