2010 Half-Year IAB Internet Advertising Revenue Report

Internet advertising revenues (“revenues”) in the United States totaled $12.1billion for the first six months of 2010, with Q2 2010 accounting for approximately $6.2 billion. Internet advertising revenues for the first six months of 2010 increased 11.3 percent from the same period in 2009.

Highlights include:

  • Revenues Increased 11.3% in the first half of 2010 — Internet advertising revenue in the U.S. totaled $6.2 billion in the second quarter of 2010, an increase of 4.1 percent from the 2010 first quarter total of $5.9 billion, and an increase of 13.9 percent from the 2009 second-quarter total of $5.4 billion.
