• Does the IAB require proof of COVID-19 Vaccination to attend?

  IAB does not require proof of vaccination to attend our events. However, we strongly recommend that in-person attendees be vaccinated, and that you stay home if symptomatic.

• Where is there a quiet space for a meeting or a quick call?

  The pre-function space outside the Osprey, Banyan Ballron and Calusa Ballroom has seating pods. Click here for the venue map.

• Where are the sessions located?

  Session locations are noted within the specific session description.

• Is there an outlet somewhere where I can charge my phone or laptop?

  There are power outlets within the Calusa Foyer.

• Will the event be streamed?

  No, ALM is all about in-person connections and rolling up our sleeves to solve problems. We will not be streaming the content.

• Will you have VOD?

  Limited session will be available on VOD for registered attendees following the event. Town Halls and Tracks sessions are not recorded.

• Can I have a printed agenda?

  Yes, you can get an agenda from the registration desk.

• How do I provide feedback?

  We encourage you to rate sessions within the app.

• How can I get copies of the presentations?

  We do not provide copies of the presentation decks. Approved main stage session recordings will be available on iab.com one (1) week after the event.

• Do you provide the attendee list?

  No, but please go to attendee section to learn about your fellow attendees.

• Do I need my ID?

  Yes, Per State of Florida Liquor requirements, all guests are subject to present proper identification to receive alcoholic beverages.

  Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers (approx. 47 miles from Marco Island)

• When does ALM start?

  ALM begins on Sunday, January 22nd 2023 at 3:00PM and ends on Tuesday, January 24th 2023 at 3:00PM  

• Is there transportation from the airport to the venue?

  Attendees are expected to arrange their own transportation. We recommend using Naples Transportation & Tours- click here. Taxi and ride shares are also available.

• What activities and restaurants does the hotel have to offer?

  We encourage all attendees to join the ALM hosted activities and meal functions, but if you are extending your stay, please find the dining options here and fun in the sun activities here.

  You can pick-up your badge in the Calusa Ballroom Foyer, Level 3. Pick up your credentials early to avoid the queue!

• What do I need to do to attend ALM?

  Make sure you are registered (ALM 2023 Registration). Check your confirmation email for information on booking your hotel room. If you did not receive confirmation, please email [email protected].

• Do you have group discounts?

  We offer 20% off groups of 5 or more. Email [email protected] to learn more.

• How do I get my member rate?

  Log into your IAB.com account prior to registration and you will see the member rate.

• Do I need an IAB.com account to register?

  Yes, an account is required. If you do not have one, you can create one here.

• How do I confirm if I have an IAB.com account?

  Try logging in with the email you’ve registered with. If an account is not found, create an account with the email you’ve registered with here.

• How can I reset my password for my IAB.com account?

• I can no longer attend ALM- what are my options?

  Please review the cancellation policy found in your confirmation email and IAB’s Event and COVID-19 Policy and Code of Conduct. You can also transfer your ticket to a colleague from your organization. Contact [email protected] for support.
