IAB ALM Brand Experience Registration Promotional Offer (“Promotion”) 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

THIS IS A “WHILE SUPPLIES LAST” GIFT WITH REGISTRATION OFFER LIMITED TO THE FIRST 200 QUALIFYING CONSUMER BRANDS REGISTRANTS FOR THE INTERACTIVE ADVERTISING BUREAU (“IAB”) 2026 ANNUAL LEADERSHIP MEETING AS SET OUT BELOW.    

THERE IS NO FEE TO REGISTER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION. 

1. THE OFFER AND PROMOTION PERIOD: Beginning July 16, 2025 once registration officially opens, offer for one (1) complimentary bank-issued prepaid digital gift card (“Gift Card”) on a first-come-first-served basis to the first two-hundred (200) eligible participants to register for the IAB 2026 Annual Leadership Meeting (“2026 ALM”) by February 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET or while supplies last, whichever occurs first, as determined in IAB’s sole discretion (“Promotion Period”). Order is based on timestamp of completed registration at www.iab.com/events/annual-leadership-meeting-2026 (“Registration”). IAB’s clock is the official time-keeping device of the Promotion. Once 200 eligible Registrations have been received, the Promotion will end, and a notice will be posted on the 2026 ALM page of the IAB website. The completed Registration form must be submitted/uploaded as directed on the IAB website.    

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be (1) a resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of Registration; (2) an employee of a consumer brands company (“Consumer Brands”) as defined in IAB’s sole discretion (see below); and (3) among the first 200 participants to fully complete and submit a valid Registration for the 2026 ALM that otherwise complies with all IAB policies. For the purposes of this Promotion, “Consumer Brands” includes (1) a company that primarily sells goods or services directly to consumers for personal use and (2) that is either a top 200 advertiser as defined on annual media spend, as determined by publicly available industry rankings and/or has at least an estimated $1M annual ad spend. If your company does not meet this definition (e.g., B2B service providers, advertising agencies, or Consumer Brands that do not meet the qualifying ad spend), you are not eligible for this Promotion. Employees of IAB (the “Sponsor”), and the immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible.  

3. TO QUALIFY FOR THE GIFT CARD: To qualify, you must (1) be verified by IAB as one of the first 200 eligible participants to submit a Registration as outlined herein and (2) attend in-person at least 50% of the scheduled event programing of the 2026 ALM scheduled to take place February 1 -3, 2026 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, CA. Attendance will be verified at check-in on-site. Gift Cards will not be given for incomplete Registrations or insufficient attendance. If you are one of the first 200 eligible participants to register as outlined above, you will be notified via the email address provided on your Registration form prior to the 2026 ALM.  As described in these Terms and Conditions, Registration alone does not qualify you for receipt of the Gift Card.  

4. TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT CARD: Gift Cards will be distributed by IAB at its discretion, either electronically via email or as a physical card provided on-site at the VIP Lounge area of the 2026 ALM by IAB Member Engagement or other IAB staff beginning the afternoon of Monday, February 2, 2026. Upon check-in, qualifying recipients as identified by IAB will receive a welcome kit with additional information as to date/time/location for Gift Card pick-up (or arrangement for electronic fulfillment as noted above) and outlining any additional perks in IAB’s discretion. Gift Cards will be distributed only to those who have satisfied both Registration and attendance requirements. A valid photo ID is required to claim your Gift Card.   

5. GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE AND VALUE: Two hundred (200) bank-issued pre-paid digital gift cards accepted where most major debit cards are accepted. The approximate retail value of each Gift Card is USD $1,000. Limit two (2) Gift Cards per Consumer Brands company. For clarity, if more than 2 registrants from the same company fall within the first 200 Registrations, only the first 2 registrants (based on timestamp) will be eligible for this offer. No substitution or transfer of Gift Card permitted by recipient. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. IAB reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value should Gift Card become unavailable or otherwise in IAB’s discretion. All Gift Cards properly claimed will be fulfilled. If a participant is found to be ineligible/is disqualified, IAB reserves the right to offer the Gift Card to the next eligible participant in the order of eligible Registrations received, in its discretion.   

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, participants waive all right to, and agree to release and hold IAB, its officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Gift Card SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The Released Parties are not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect Registrations; a participant’s failure to receive notices due to their spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or due to participant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion;  any human error which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation the processing of Registrations; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or fulfillment of the Promotion. If, in IAB’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, or if the Promotion cannot otherwise be run as intended for any reason, IAB reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion. In the event of termination, remaining Gift Cards may be provided to eligible participants in keeping with these Terms and Conditions on a first-come-first-served basis in the order of Registrations received. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a registrant, Registrations will be declared made by the name on the online Registration form. 

7. DISPUTES AND CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York City, New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9. GENERAL: By participating in this Promotion, participant accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of IAB which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar method will void all Registrations and result in disqualification. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the limitations stated in these Terms and Conditions. The return of any notification/email as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and the Gift Card may be offered to the next eligible registrant in the order of eligible Registrations received, in Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply. This Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from receipt of the Gift Card are the sole responsibility of each recipient. Proof of submission of Registration is not proof of delivery of Registration. Additional terms may apply. If you choose to use your smart phone or web-enabled device to register for the 2026 ALM, standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with your mobile service plan. This is limited “early bird” gift with registration offer to registrants who meet the requirements described herein.  No random drawing is involved. Gift cards are distributed based solely on the order of eligible Registrations and fulfillment of attendance requirements.
