Lynda Clarizio has spent the last 18 years as a successful executive in the media industry growing and scaling businesses with a particular focus on data and technology. From 2013 thru 2017, she was the President of Nielsen U.S. Media, responsible for leading the performance of Nielsen’s U.S. Watch business providing media and advertiser clients with measurement and marketing effectiveness solutions across television, digital, audio and other media. Prior to Nielsen, she was Executive Vice President for corporate development and operations at AppNexus, a leading programmatic advertising platform. Before joining AppNexus, she was the CEO and President of INVISION, Inc., a leading provider of multi-platform advertising solutions. Clarizio previously had a decade-long career at AOL, which she joined in 1999. She was the President of AOL’s consolidated advertising businesses, then called Platform-A. She also served as the President of Advertising.com, then the industry’s largest third party online advertising network. She was Executive Vice President of AOL’s audience business responsible for strategy, finance and business development, and also AOL’s Senior Vice President for corporate strategic and financial planning and Senior Vice President for acquisitions and strategic investments. Prior to joining AOL, Clarizio was a partner in the leading Washington, D.C. law firm Arnold & Porter, where she practiced law from 1987 thru 1999.
Clarizio is a recognized leader in advertising and media, having been named one of 2017’s “50 Most Powerful Women in New York” by Crain’s, one of 2011’s top 100 “Tech Titans” in the Washington, DC region by The Washingtonian, one of 2009’s “25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment” by Digital Media Wire, and one of 2008’s “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age. She also was selected one of 1998’s “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” by The Washingtonian.
Clarizio is a member of the boards of directors of CDW, Resonate, OpenSlate and Human Rights First. She is a 1985 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1982 graduate of Princeton University.
Before co-founding LOLA, Jordana received her MBA from Columbia Business School, during which she worked at Rent the Runway and Quidsi. Jordana was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016. She graduated from Dartmouth College and is on the board of Drive Change, a 501(c)(3) food truck that employs and teaches transferable skills to youth in the NYC criminal justice system. Prior to attending business school, Jordana worked at the opera and wanted to one day run Lincoln Center.
Nada Stirratt is Vice President, Global Marketing Solutions, North America at Facebook where she leads partnerships with the largest brands and agencies across both the US and Canada. Her team supports all of Facebook’s offerings including Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Marketplace.
Prior to Facebook Nada was chief executive officer of Verve Mobile, a venture-backed global, location-based mobile technology platform. Under her leadership, the company more than doubled its revenue, expanded oversees, made two strategic acquisitions and raised over $30M. Nada joined Verve from Acxiom (ACXM), where she served as the company’s first chief revenue officer leading a global team responsible for the company’s sales, operations, consulting and analytics practices.
Before Acxiom, Nada was the chief revenue officer of MySpace, playing an integral role in the social network’s sale to Specific Media in 2011. Before joining News Corp., Nada was executive vice president of digital advertising at Viacom, where she oversaw sales, strategy and operations across the MTV Networks digital portfolio.
Nada joined MTV Networks from Advertising.com, where she led the successful sale of Advertising.com to AOL in 2004. Nada joined Advertising.com from Moviefone, where she was senior vice president of advertising. Upon the company’s sale to AOL in 1999, Nada became vice president of business development at AOL.
Nada serves as a director on the board of Blue Star Families, a 501C3 that supports US military families during the difficult time of deployment. She has been named to CableWorld’s Most Powerful Women, Business Insider’s Most Powerful Women in Mobile, and was awarded the Ad:Tech Industry Achievement Award.
Nada holds a B.S. in advertising from the University of Illinois and lives in New Canaan, CT with her husband Avery. She is based in New York City.

Forbes listed Rachel as one of its “30 under 30 Who Are Changing The World”, Marie Claire named her one of “The 50 Most Influential Women in America,” Fast Company named her one of “The Most Creative People in Business”, AdAge named her one of “The Most Creative People of The Year,” AdWeek named her one of “The Young Influentials Shaping Business and Culture,” Entrepreneur named her one of the “50 Most Daring Entrepreneurs,” Business Insider named her one of “New York Tech’s Coolest People”, Refinery29 named her one of its “Rising Female Tech Stars,” The Wrap named her one of “The 11 Change Agents Disrupting Hollywood,” and LinkedIn named her one of its “Next Wave: Top Professionals 35 & Under.” After being the Global Director of Digital and Social Media at Gap where she oversaw strategy, implementation and measurement, Rachel traveled the world for 100 days and then founded MikMak, the first native commerce platform for the social video generation.
