What is OpenMedia?
OpenMedia is a specification landscape methodology that encompasses all IAB Tech Lab programmatic standards. OpenMedia allows for faster dynamic updating of the technical standards and effective scalability for the inclusion of new media channels.
When are new programmatic standards going to be released?
Working groups will be releasing updates to programmatic specifications throughout the coming months.
Tentative Agenda:
- Review OpenMedia specification landscape, and how this updated approach helps rapid iteration and innovation for technical standards.
- Learn about OpenRTB 3.0 major feature updates like a completely new object model that accounts for complex supply chains and user experience concerns, as well as authenticated bid requests that enhance security in the supply chain.
- Deep dive into business incentives for buyers, sellers, intermediaries and ad tech providers to engage with 3.0 and upgrade their technology platforms.
- Discuss feedback and strategy for OpenRTB 3.0 updates, and engage with other working group participants.
We are looking forward to convening about OpenMedia and OpenRTB 3.0.
There will also be similar events in San Francisco and NYC to showcase OpenMedia and OpenRTB 3.0. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions about the specifications or this event.
