The IAB Digital Leadership Program fosters growth for the next generation of digital marketing and advertising executives. The program’s Advisory Board is comprised of successful leaders across IAB member companies who prepared a robust curriculum catered specifically to top-performing media and digital technology professionals.

In this immersive program you will develop an advanced understanding of the tools, business models, and personal skills needed to succeed in digital media through interactive exercises, role-playing, case studies, and group projects. Participants work collaboratively with their peers and apply professional experience to solve real-world business problems in a classroom setting. The program culminates with a capstone project presentation.

The program’s mission is to equip emerging executives with the tools needed to face both the opportunities and challenges of the digital marketplace, and to support industry growth as a whole.

The program is led by Eric Greenberg, Head of the Digital Leadership Program, IAB. Eric is also President of EG Consultants, LLC, an educational and marketing consulting firm focused on providing brand management and customer-centric strategies to clients. Eric served as the Managing Director of Executive Education for Rutgers University, in which he created, managed and taught programs to Fortune 100 Companies.
