IAB Board of Directors Elects Lauren Wiener of Tremor Video as Chair & Jim Norton of AOL as Vice Chair

Digital Leaders from AppNexus, AT&T AdWorks, Media General, MediaMath, The Walt Disney Company & The Washington Post Join Prestigious Board

PALM DESERT, CA (January 24, 2016) — Lauren Wiener, President, Buyer Platforms, Tremor Video, has been elected as Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Board of Directors. In tandem, Jim Norton, Global Head of Media Sales of AOL, was elected to the position of Vice Chair, which was formerly held by Wiener. The announcement was made at the start of the 2016 IAB Annual Leadership Meeting in Palm Desert, CA.

“I am proud of what the Board of Directors accomplished during my term as Chair and am excited for the continued progress that will be made under Lauren’s leadership,” said David Morris, Chief Revenue Officer, CBS Interactive and outgoing IAB Board Chair. “Lauren’s strong relationships, innovative thinking and leadership style have consistently impressed me, but never more so than during our work together last year. I look forward to our continued collaboration and I am confident the IAB will benefit from her leadership.”
